Actors from our Indian Television shine on our TV screens every week. They prove their mettle day after day, month after month and year after year. We get attached to these actors and the characters that they play. Some of them are just so good that we can’t help but imagine them lighting up our silver screen with their charm and phenomenal acting skills.
Let’s have a look at some of these actors whom we can’t wait to see on that big 70mm screen.
The guy has charmed us since his vampire days in “Pyaar Ki Yeh Ek Kahani.” But his real golden moment when “Madhubala” aired. The show not only won him accolades and appreciation of audiences but garnered a huge fan following due to his amazing portrayal of Rishabh Kundra aka RK.
He is someone who definitely deserves to be in Bollywood.
Shaheer’ talent needs no introduction. He is someone who has always played roles that have been different from one another. From playing a college boy in his first show “Navya” to Arjun of “Mahabharat”, Dev Dixit of “Kuch Rang Pyaar Ke Aise Bhi” he has always chosen content based shows and has delivered different shades of his acting talent. Shaheer could very well be in Bollywood and deserves a chance to showcase what kind of powerhouse he is. Right now you can watch him on Star Plus’s “Yeh Rishte Hain Pyaar Ke playing the ever positive and sorted Abir Rajvansh.”
Harshad Chopda. His name is enough to tell you about the turbogenerator of acting he is.
He started his career with the show Mamta but it was “Left Right Left” and then Ekta Kapoor’s “Tere Liye” that boomed his career. His last outing as Aditya Hooda in “Bepanaah” shone and really told what he can he do with his talent. Harshad is someone whom not reaching Bollywood is a loss to the latter really. He deserves to be in the cinema fraternity playing different roles and churning out content based movies just like his shows.
And if you haven’t seen his work, we really can’t be friends!
Vikram Singh Chauhan
Vikram Singh Chauhan came as such a fresh talent with his strong screen presence and acting skills that just swept us off our feet. His stint on “Jana Na Dil Se Door” as the feminist male Atharva Sujata made him a fan favourite His expressions and voice modulations were just cherry on top. He not only stopped there but went on to play Shiv, an obsessive lover in Sony TV’s “Ek Deewana Tha.” He has proved hia mettle enough on TV to be sure that he can totally shine on silver screen with a good script.
Bollywood, you listening?
That cute chocolate boy who ages reverse? Yeah! Same One!
When Shantanu’s first show D3- Dil Dosti Dance” went on air, he had zero experience of acting. But only within months he was the face of television and a youth favourite. He played the role of Swayam Shekhawat in the show and today the role is ICONIC. He has been an actor who has always experimented with his roles. After D3, he went on to play a dumb law intern, Shaan in “Yeh Hai Aashiqui” and an arrogant, sarcastic Sahir Bhasin in MTV’s “Girls On Top” but was always type casted as someone cute. He broke his image when he played Terry in MTV’s ‘Big F’.
With the variant roles he has played and the kind of acting power he has, we really can’t wait to see this young lad charming his way through roles on big screen.
