The episode starts with Ramesh accusing Raghav of misleading the court with his lies. Raghav objects to the judge, saying that Ramesh is not allowing him to speak in court. Ramesh comments on Raghav and tells the judge that Raghav can question Aman first. The judge agrees.
Aman comes to the witness stand. Raghav asks Aman who he is and where he lives. Aman says that he is Aman Singh Rajput. He says that he is a resident of New York City, USA. Raghav tells the judge that Aman Singh Rajput was never a resident of the USA. Raghav submits Aman’s passport, cremation receipt, and death certificate as proof to the court. Raghav says to the judge that his son died in an accident 21 years ago and that the person in the court is an imposter. Raghav requests the judge to punish the imposter.
Ramesh comes to Aman and asks him what his name is and where he was raised. Aman says his name and says that he was born in Delhi. Ramesh asks Aman which school he studied in. Aman tells Ramesh that he studied in a prestigious school in Delhi and that Saniya and Abhay also studied in the same school with him. Ramesh asks Saniya for confirmation. Saniya says yes.
Ramesh asks Aman when he saw Anjali for the first time. Aman says that he saw Anjali beating up some people who had molested a girl. Aman says that he fell in love with her the first time he saw her. He later found out that Yuvraj was the one who had committed the crime.
Raghav objects to the judge and says that anyone can find out these details. Ramesh asks Raghav to calm down and comments on it.
Ramesh later questions Aman about when he married Anjali. Aman tells Ramesh that he married Anjali twice: the first time on February 24th in court, when he put sindoor in her hairline, and the second time on April 12th in front of his entire family. Ramesh asks Anjali if it is true or not. Anjali says yes.
Ramesh continues questioning Aman. Aman answers Ramesh’s questions and says that he had asked Anjali to observe Karwa Chauth vrat for him before the wedding. Ramesh asks Anjali if it is true. Anjali says yes.
Ramesh asks Aman if he has anything more to say to the court. Aman says in court that, in the beginning, Anjali’s wedding was fixed to happen with his brother Abhay, but Gini married Abhay through deception, and he still has not accepted Gini as his wife. Abhay asks Aman to shut up. The judge orders Abhay to stay within his limits in court.
Ramesh tells the judge that all the things Aman said could only be known by Aman because he personally experienced them.
Aman later says in court that there are personal moments he shares with his wife, but he cannot reveal them because it would be disrespectful to her. Aman says that if Anjali does not accept him as her husband because of that, then he will accept it.
Raghav argues in court that anyone can talk about these things and asks Aman to say something that only he and Anjali know. Aman refuses and says that he will not reveal such details because it would disrespect Anjali’s reputation. Raghav says that until Aman shares his private moments with Anjali, it will not be proven that he is Aman Singh Rajput. Aman says that he will not speak about his private moments with Anjali and comments on it.
The episode ends.

Our take:- Aman’s emotional answers and detailed memories strongly supported his claim in court, leaving Raghav struggling to prove him wrong.
The courtroom drama became more intense when Aman refused to reveal his private moments with Anjali to protect her dignity.
