Gone were the days when anything makers used to serve in the platter and fans just have to watch hopelessly. Today’s viewer is revolutionized. There are many trends recently on different social media platforms demand of  which is in conflict with the current track of what makers are creating. 

It’s been exciting for any fans to live the cute little moments of their favourite jodis. They eat and drink in their imaginative world. They make a golden room with their jodis and they live in their dreams. Fans get emotionally attached and fiction gradually diminishes its wall eventually taking a place between fiction and reality. 

Makers too keep no stone unturned to bathe in the popularity of their leads to keep up their popularity. Then one day, everyone seems stagnant. That is time, they stand in conflict with fans by introducing a separation track. This happens with almost every Indian show ultimately leading to disappointment of fans. 

Recently, 3 trends didn’t go unnoticed in entertainment industry of tinsel town. Firstly, it was for Ye Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai leads, Kartik (Mohsin Khan) and Naira (Shivangi Joshi). The makers are bringing triangle love story which is not in tandem of fans demand. They trended #WeWantKairaBack to watch their jodi together.

Secondly, the trend was #WeWantHayaBack for Shakti – Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki in which the creative team has decided to separate Haya by making a third angle of love between them. The show is different but track is same, so is the anger of fans.

Finally, yesterday the hurt followers of Kasauti Zindagi Ki 2 trended #WeWantAnuPreOnly. The reason is the same. Someone between leads Anurag and Prerna. Third show, same track and same disappointment.

To conclude, the creators of show initially compel everyone to love their lead jodis for which their marketing strategy cover humps and bumps. They establish a cute loving image with which the spectator falls in love. Why? Because they get their little doses daily. Then, suddenly everything falls apart because of creative blockage. The only solution they are left with is to separate their leads. 

Our question is why every shown go down the same old lane? Why can’t be a twist just for a fresh start. May be it brings better TRPs than what they are gaining currently. Fans need to question the methods of every show which is going on the same track seen tons of hundreds times before. Certainly,  the rebel has started. Hope, makers are listening.
