By Smita Pal| In tonight’s episode of Ishq Ki Dastaan—Naagmani, which will take a leap of five years, Anshul Bammi, who was most recently seen in Saath Nibhaana Saathiya 2, has joined the cast. Anshul will play the positive role of Raman in the show, which also stars Pavitra Punia, Aleya Ghosh, and Karam Rajpal. He says that the cousin of the main character, Raman, “is the perfect son, brother, and husband.” “He limps, and the cause for it will be revealed later in the story,”
The actor acknowledges that it will be challenging to connect with the viewers of the show. According to him, the show will progress for five years, thereby making way for the second season. I am treating it as a new show even though Pavitra will continue to play the antagonist.
Anshul has done both positive and negative roles, but he prefers to focus on the darker side. He admits, “I played negative characters in Durga: Mata Ki Chhaya and RadhaKrishn. Even while I enjoy exploring all hues, I have to agree that the negative is far more enjoyable. Usme thoda zyada aata hai, , kyunki ek actor khelne ko bohot milta hai? “
The actor has previously acted in shows like , Vighnaharta Ganesha, Sankatmochan Mahabali Hanuman, Maddam Sir – Kuch Baat Hai Kyunki Jazbaat Hai, Dharm Yoddha Garud and Ram Siya Ke Luv Kush.
