In today’s episode, Raghav tries to play his mouth organ but thinks it is not working. Anupama gifts him a new mouth organ. Raghav says he is not used to receiving gifts. Anupama, being an artist who understands the value of music, encourages him to go ahead and play the instrument. She mentions that she originally got the mouth organ for herself but is happy for Raghav to use it. She also asks Raghav to teach her how to play the mouth organ, while Raghav asks Anupama to teach him how to dance. Anupama agrees and requests Raghav to play something for her. Raghav plays the mouth organ, and Anupama remembers Mahi.
Raghav notices Anupama looking stressed and asks her about it. Anupama admits she is thinking about Mahi and Rahi, feeling conflicted about whom to choose. She also mentions that Vasundhara always thinks she is wrong. Raghav advises Anupama to close her eyes and relax. Meanwhile, the society gossips about Anupama and Raghav, speculating that Anupama is preparing to marry for the third time. Anupama decides to learn how to play the mouth organ.
Rahi decides to confront Anupama. When Anupama tells Rahi to finish quickly as she is tired, Rahi questions Anupama’s character, expressing disapproval of her closeness with Raghav. Raghav reflects that although life has given him pain, Anupama’s friendship is precious, and he prays for the strength to maintain it.
Anupama is hurt by Rahi questioning her character. Rahi expresses her disappointment, but Anupama confidently states that she values her friendship with Raghav, just as she previously valued her friendship with Yashdeep. She remains resolute in continuing her friendship despite society’s judgments. Leela remarks that society is talking about Anupama and Raghav’s friendship. Rahi believes Anupama feels lonely, but Anupama insists she may be alone but is not weak.
Leela warns that society may not understand, but Anupama remains steadfast. She appreciates how Raghav listens to her without judging. Feeling emotional, Anupama reflects on how she has always supported her family, but they never stand by her. Rahi clarifies that they are not enemies, but Anupama doesn’t understand. Anupama reaffirms her love for Anuj and declares her friendship with Raghav.
Leela questions what Anupama would do if Raghav fell in love with her, and Paritosh also demands an answer. Anupama assures the Shahs that if she finds anything inappropriate about Raghav, she will end the friendship, but for now, she refuses to break it.
Anupama confides that she feels at peace around Raghav, even when no one in the Shah house listens to her. Rahi, however, remains unwilling to trust Raghav. Anupama urges Rahi to trust her instead. Leela warns that by the time Anupama realizes the truth, it might be too late.
Raja asks Badshah to record a video of him to impress Ishani, but Anil insists on letting others sleep. Raja remains determined to make the video. Meanwhile, Rahi and Prem decide to embrace silence as part of their celebration.
Anupama tries to play the mouth organ, but Prarthana interrupts her. Anupama notices Prarthana crying and asks what is wrong. The Shahs are concerned about Prarthana. Leela tries to send Prarthana back, but Anupama refuses to listen, arguing that her stubbornness might escalate tensions between the Kotharis and the Shahs.

Precap: Gautam reveals that Prarthana left him because he wanted to become a father. Anupama accuses Gautam of lying and stands up for Prarthana, who wants a divorce from Gautam, leaving him shocked.
