Episode begins with Sara saying how she is feeling Varun is doing suspicious things. Just then Priya sees the cake and says fish. Sara says who will do that. Shivi comes and says me. Shivi goes with the cake. Priya sees the printed recipe kept nearby and sees it’s a mix of fish curry and cake. Sara and Priya worry. Here, waiters take luggage of Ram and Priya to presidential suite. Here, Shivi gives a speech on how she is guilty of being spoilt. Ram gets emotional and hugs her. Nandini also gets emotional. Sara says to Priya how after this Ram will eat it for sure. Sara asks Priya to do something. Shubham hugs them both then Shivi cuts the cake and is about to feed Ram when Priya comes and says wait. Priya says I deserve the first bite as I helped Shivi. Shivi agrees while Ram argues. Priya eats it and starts eating the whole cake.
Nandini is surprised while Shubham says there must be something wrong with the cake. Nandini asks them to not say like that. Priya praises the cake and starts eating. Ram asks her to give her a bite as it’s his sister who made it. Priya says no. Sara asks Adi and Krish to help as the cake has fish to avoid Ram getting ill so Priya is eating it. Priya thinks sorry I can’t let you fall ill specially during this mission. Adi and Krish divert Ram and Priya eats it all. Ram gets a taste of chocolate only.
Priya goes inside and feels pukish while Krish tries to divert her. Ram comes and worries for Priya. Sara takes Priya inside as Priya feels like vomitting. Ram worries and informs others. Here, Varun is dressed as waiter and comes to presidential suite and opens the locker. He has the paper but just then Sara and Priya come. So, Varun decides to hide the paper in Sara’s bag. Varun is about to leave when Sara stops him and asks him to get lemons. Varun just nods and doesn’t turn back. Varun goes.
Here, Sandy suggests Ram that Priya might be pregnant. Ram is surprised but Nandini worries. Ram goes to Priya. Sara asks Adi to call a doctor. Sara goes to everyone and makes everyone understand how Priya is not pregnant, she gets ill because she ate lots of chocolates. Shivi says I shouldn’t have made such a tasty cake. Nandini feels something is wrong. Adi comes and informs that doctor is on his way. Here, Varun ses Sara in the hallway with her bag so he says let me carry your bag. Sara says it’s okay. Sara goes. Then Varun gets a call from Shashi asking him to go to manager leaving the paper for now. Ishan comes to Varun and confesses how he tried to prank Shivi and that is why Priya is unwell but it was not his intention. Ishan also shares how he saw Priya with manager. Varun excuses himself and goes.
Ram comes to Priya and tries to show his excitement. Ram asks Priya are you fine, have the icecream, you will feel better. Priya thanks him. He says thanks for bringing happiness in my life, sit, I try hard to show care and make you feel special, I always lose, I will care for you. She asks for pill to control nausea. He says I can’t give the pills, you are saying this, you are ahead of me. She says I am just asking for medicines, I am feeling strange like I will die. He says no, I m with you, everything will be normal. She says I behaved abnormal, you got so worried, Shivi made the cake and I had it. He says its okay, we all got happy, it’s a great day. She thinks he is excited for Ishaan’s announcement. She says I like to see your bonding with Ishaan, he says you are his cool friend, don’t say that you will become a cool dad. Ram thinks its confirmed that I am going to become dad. He say you should have told this to me first, we shall go and announce it. She says checkup isn’t imp, we will go and make the announcement, Meera, Sara and Ishaan will be happy. Ram asks are we sure of this. Priya says I was thinking, you did this, it will be successful. He murmurs sometimes she gets too bold. He smiles and goes. She thinks why is he so excited. Ram says I have an announcement to make, Priya is pregnant. Priya is shocked.
