The episode begins with Rano approaching Neelam and praising her decision to arrange Ayush and Shalu’s marriage. Neelam responds that everything she does is for the well-being of her family.
Meanwhile, Ayush asks Rishi why Lakshmi wants to leave. Rishi explains that Lakshmi believes there is no place for her in his life because of what happened with Malishka. He expresses his deep love for Lakshmi, but admits he doesn’t know how to convince her to stay. Ayush suggests making Lakshmi jealous by getting closer to Malishka. Rishi agrees with Ayush’s idea and decides to act on it.
Neelam instructs Shalu to be ready the next day for jewelry shopping. Rano comments on this and tells Neelam to pick up Shalu from their house. Rano then takes Shalu and leaves.
Neelam reminds Rishi that he has to take Malishka to her doctor’s appointment. Rishi agrees, and Neelam also asks Ayush to take Shalu shopping. Ayush agrees, then later invites Rishi to join him. Rishi says he will try and leaves.
That night, Malishka has a nightmare where she sees Garimacharya revealing the truth about her pregnancy to Rishi. Panicked, she calls Kiran and shares her fear. Kiran warns her to be careful, saying there’s a belief that morning dreams often come true. Malishka scolds Kiran for scaring her further and ends the call.
The next morning, Lakshmi asks Rishi to come and eat. He joins everyone at the dining table, and Malishka soon joins as well. Neelam reminds Malishka about her doctor’s appointment, and Malishka assures her that she remembers. Neelam insists that Rishi accompany Malishka, but Malishka declines, saying she will go alone. However, recalling Ayush’s advice, Rishi insists on taking her.
Malishka, worried that Rishi might discover the truth about her pregnancy, calls Kiran again. Kiran advises her to use the family as an excuse to cancel the appointment. Malishka agrees.
Lakshmi then notices Malishka deliberately twisting her ankle. Malishka pretends to be in pain to avoid the doctor’s visit. Lakshmi finds her behavior strange and begins to suspect that Malishka is faking her injury to prevent Rishi from accompanying her to the appointment.
Rishi helps Malishka onto the bed. Neelam offers to call the doctor at home, but Malishka declines, saying she will visit the doctor the next day instead. Rishi agrees and leaves.
Later, Shalu notices Lakshmi deep in thought and asks what’s wrong. Lakshmi shares her suspicions about Malishka’s behavior. Shalu suggests that Malishka might be hiding something.
Meanwhile, Ayush approaches Shalu to talk, but she suddenly becomes shy and leaves. Ayush is puzzled by her reaction. When Rishi asks what happened, Ayush tells him about Shalu’s sudden shyness.
Shalu, on the other hand, confides in Lakshmi about her own behavior, saying she doesn’t understand why she felt so shy around Ayush. Rishi later explains to Ayush that Shalu is acting differently because their marriage is approaching, and things are changing between them. He teases Ayush about it.
