The episode starts with Neelam asking Balwinder if he came there because of Malishka. Balwinder says yes and explains that Malishka was about to jump off a cliff. He mentions that he was drinking with his friends at the time. Balwinder says he stopped Malishka from committing suicide and brought her here. Malishka comes into the hall, and Balwinder asks the cops to confirm with Malishka if he’s telling the truth. Neelam then asks Malishka if Balwinder really saved her. Malishka replies that what Balwinder said is true. She reminds Neelam of her earlier state, explaining that she didn’t want to live and was about to jump off the cliff before Balwinder stopped her. Malishka says that Balwinder argued with her and brought her back. After hearing this, the cop says Balwinder is not at fault and should be released. Neelam agrees and asks Rishi to untie him. Rishi complies. The cops tell Balwinder that he’s free to leave. However, Balwinder insists that Rishi should apologize to him, saying they should thank him instead of hitting him for saving Malishka. Neelam thanks Balwinder, who accepts her gratitude. Balwinder later tells Rishi he hasn’t heard Rishi apologize yet. Rishi then apologizes to Balwinder, who takes an alcohol bottle and leaves.
Balwinder returns home. Bablu greets him and remarks that he thought Balwinder might have killed Malishka with the way he left in anger. Balwinder recalls his moments with Malishka.
Neelam and others return with Malishka to the Oberoi mansion. Anushka asks Malishka if she is alright, and Malishka replies that she’s fine since Rishi is with her. Neelam asks Malishka to go and rest, and she agrees.
Lakshmi reflects on what happened. Rishi approaches her and says they never had a chance to talk after everything. Lakshmi asks what he means. Rishi explains that since Parvati was found, they never had an opportunity to talk about Parvati and everything else.
Malishka gets ready to take a shower. Anushka asks if she’s going to bathe, and Malishka sarcastically asks if it’s wrong to shower at this time. Anushka clarifies she only asked because she wanted to bring milk for Malishka. Malishka apologizes to Anushka for her tone, and Anushka leaves. Malishka then recalls spending the night with Balwinder, slaps herself, and questions why she slept with him.
Balwinder, unable to sleep, recalls being with Malishka. Bablu notices Balwinder is disturbed and asks why. Balwinder admits that he feels he betrayed Lakshmi. When Bablu asks what he means, Balwinder confesses to sleeping with Malishka. Bablu expresses shock and questions him about it.
Lakshmi asks Rishi what he wanted to discuss about Parvati. Rishi tells her that when Parvati was kidnapped, he said many hurtful things to her. He sincerely apologizes to Lakshmi, and Lakshmi admits that she, too, shouldn’t have accused him of the kidnapping. She apologizes, and as they’re about to leave, their hands touch, and they feel a spark between them. Lakshmi asks Rishi why he’s smiling, and Rishi tells her that he felt a spark between them and knows she felt it too. He then leaves, and Lakshmi admits to herself that Rishi is right—she still has feelings for him, but she reminds herself that Rishi now has Malishka in his life.
