The episode starts with Rishi telling Lakshmi that she looks beautiful and that he can’t take his eyes off her. Lakshmi replies that it’s all thanks to Shalu. Shalu, however, insists that Lakshmi is naturally beautiful. Rishi says he is lucky to have her. Dadi blesses them. Shalu tells Lakshmi that she will win the competition, but Lakshmi says she doesn’t care about it and leaves. Malishka, feeling frustrated after seeing them together, walks away.
Rishi follows Lakshmi and expresses his love for her. She smiles and says she is lucky to have him too. However, she suddenly apologizes and leaves. Rishi is confused about why she apologized and begins searching for her. Meanwhile, Ayush meets Bhalla, who asks him to arrange drinks, music, and food for the party.
Shanaya asks Malishka why she left the party. Malishka admits that she can’t bear to see Rishi’s love for Lakshmi. Shanaya reassures her, saying that she got her own husband through pregnancy and that Malishka can do the same. However, Malishka expresses concern, as Lakshmi is Rishi’s legal wife and is also pregnant with his child. Shanaya is shocked and calls the situation complicated. She questions Malishka on how she let this happen and advises her to get rid of Lakshmi and her baby. Just then, Kiran arrives and suggests they cause Lakshmi to have a miscarriage. Malishka asks how, and Shanaya says she has a plan.
Ayush hands Bhalla a glass of wine. After drinking, Bhalla becomes mesmerized by Aanchal’s beauty. Rishi finally finds Lakshmi and asks why she apologized. Lakshmi explains that she always seems to bring him problems, which makes her feel guilty. Rishi reassures her that what matters is their togetherness. Lakshmi is about to say something but hesitates and leaves. Shalu, who sees them, thinks about how deeply Rishi loves Lakshmi.
Aanchal notices that Bhalla is drunk and asks Ayush to take care of him before leaving. In his intoxicated state, Bhalla asks Ayush to get Aanchal’s number, claiming he can’t control his feelings. This gives Ayush an idea. Meanwhile, Kiran asks Shanaya about her plan. Shanaya reveals that there is a special powder that can cause a miscarriage, and she will arrange it.
Lakshmi feels happy seeing Rishi enjoying himself with Bhalla and the others. Rishi notices Lakshmi’s smile and approaches her, saying he can see her love for him in her eyes. Ayush shares his idea with Shalu, suggesting that they make Rishi drink so he will confess his feelings. Shalu agrees but suggests that they do the same with Lakshmi, as she is suppressing her emotions. They decide to execute their plan.
Rishi tells Lakshmi that he feels good knowing he matters to her. Just as Lakshmi is about to respond, Rano arrives and interrupts. Rano asks what they were talking about, and they quickly cover up by saying they were just complimenting each other. Meanwhile, Balwinder, disguised as a joker, sneaks into the party. Bhalla stops him and asks who he is. Balwinder replies that he is a joker but secretly adds that he is also the villain, warning Bhalla not to reveal his identity. In his drunken state, Bhalla grins and agrees. Balwinder then spots Lakshmi with Rishi.
Shanaya hands Malishka the powder, explaining that it can be mixed into Lakshmi’s juice to cause a miscarriage.
