The episode starts with Ayush and Bani giving the credit of Rishi being safe to Lakshmi. Shalu raises her suspicion and says this might not be an accident. Ayush also agrees with Shalu and says someone might have tried to kill Rishi. Bani gets shocked hearing this.
Lakshmi sees Rishi’s hand moving. Lakshmi tries to wake up Rishi. Saloni recalls her conversation with Vikrant. Neelam gets worried for Rishi. Malishka comes and says why did this accident happened and decides to file a police complaint.
Anjana comes to Saloni and asks her where did she go? Lakshmi comes to Neelam. Neelam scolds Lakshmi for not staying with Rishi. Malishka also scolds Lakshmi and says she will be with Rishi. Virendra asks Malishka to allow Lakshmi to speak what she has to say? Lakshmi says to Neelam that Rishi might be regaining consciousness as she saw Rishi moving his finger. Saloni gets worried as Rishi has regained consciousness.

Neelam and all the family members see that there is no movement from Rishi. Malishka and Karishma accuse Lakshmi of lying to them. Lakshmi says to all the family members that she is speaking the truth. The nurse comes and asks the Oberoi family to leave and give some time to for the patient to recover. Neelam asks the nurse when will Rishi wake up. The nurse says it will depend on how Rishi is responding to the medicine. The nurse asks them to leave. The Oberoi family leaves the ICU. Saloni asks Anjana what did Rishi say? Anjana says Rishi still hasn’t regained consciousness. Saloni thinks Vikrant still hasn’t been exposed and there is a chance for her and Vikrant. Saloni thinks of how to execute Vikrant’s plan.
Lakshmi says to Rishi to stop acting and wake up. Rishi scares the hell out of Lakshmi. Lakshmi gets scared and asks Rishi if he woke up and stayed silent when Malishka was scolding her. Rishi says yes. Lakshmi asks Rishi if he was enjoying it. Rishi says no. Rishi asks Lakshmi if she is upset with him. Lakshmi says she is upset with him. Rishi asks Lakshmi if she is upset and Angry with him? Lakshmi says yes. Rishi asks Lakshmi if she will love him? Lakshmi says yes. She realizes what she admitted. Both get lost in each other. Rishi asks Lakshmi to love him like she said. Lakshmi asks Rishi to leave it and says she is still upset. She turns aside. She didn’t get any response and sees Rishi is still unconscious and she is just dreaming.
Sonal comes to Rishi’s room with juice. She asks Lakshmi if she is fine. Lakshmi says she is fine. Saloni asks Lakshmi to drink juice and asks Lakshmi to rest for some time. Lakshmi says she is fine. She asks Saloni to stay with Rishi for some time and she goes to the bathroom.
Salomi thinks about how Vikrant made her agree to kill Rishi. She decides to kill Rishi to save Vikrant. She sees the poisonous injection Vikrant gave her. Saloni tries to inject Injection into Rishi. Bani and Shalu decide to know from Rishi how the accident happened. Ayush says it’s needed to know what happened. Lakshmi comes out of the bathroom.
