The episode begins with Malishka asking Balwinder why he came. Balwinder replies that he wants to stay with her until the baby is born. He adds that he’s thinking about becoming the baby’s father. Malishka agrees, and Balwinder hugs her.
Meanwhile, Rano asks Mittal why he’s staring at her. They get into an argument. Mittal then notices Aanchal and is mesmerized by her.
Balwinder tells Malishka a way to feel the baby’s kick. Malishka says, “Your trick is working, and your kick has literally killed me!” Lakshmi overhears their voices and tries to peek inside the room but can’t see clearly. Just then, Rishi enters and sees the joker along with Malishka. He asks them if they’ve seen his wife. They tell him Lakshmi is outside and take him out. Lakshmi decides to find out who is inside with Malishka.
Bhalla tells Aanchal he wants to dance with her, and everyone starts dancing happily. Malishka tells Balwinder to escape while everyone is distracted. Lakshmi asks Ayush to stop the joker, saying she needs to talk to him. Ayush stops Balwinder. Malishka feels anxious. Lakshmi tries to identify the joker but can’t see his face clearly. Balwinder escapes. Lakshmi runs after him. Shalu asks Lakshmi where she’s going, and Lakshmi says she wants to see the joker’s real face. Shalu offers to help and says she’ll pour water on him. She prepares soap water. Lakshmi sees the water, pours it on the joker, and discovers it’s Balwinder. She connects all the dots. Balwinder runs away.
Kiran sees Balwinder’s face has been revealed. She takes him into a room and confronts him about troubling Malishka. She accuses him of blackmail and asks why he’s after her daughter. Shalu watches their conversation through the window and is shocked. Kiran and Balwinder discuss the scandal. Shalu decides to eavesdrop further. Kiran asks Balwinder to cover his face with a mask and sends him away. Shalu becomes suspicious.
Lakshmi begins to suspect a connection between Malishka and Balwinder and decides to uncover the truth. Malishka fails to wake Rishi and then notices Balwinder in the hallway. She quickly pulls him aside. Meanwhile, Ayush asks Shalu why Lakshmi wanted him to stop the joker. Karishma interrupts and tells Ayush to help Rishi. Ayush assists Rishi, while Shalu goes to prepare Kadha for him.
Malishka takes Balwinder aside and asks how his makeup got removed. Balwinder says Lakshmi saw him, but he managed to cover his face with a mask from others. He assures her not to worry since Lakshmi doesn’t know that she’s carrying his child. Lakshmi overhears this and is shocked.
