The episode starts with Lakshmi arriving at Rano’s house. Rano welcomes Lakshmi, holding her hand and feeling something. Ayush asks Rishi what he is thinking about. Rishi says he doesn’t understand what happened during Kiran’s anniversary. Ayush suggests that Rishi stay with him to avoid confusion. Rishi says he doesn’t know how he ended up in Malishka’s room.
Rano takes Shalu to the kitchen. Rano calls Vinod and asks him to send his aunt to her place. Shalu asks why she is calling her. Rano says she feels everything is going well in Lakshmi and Rishi’s relationship. Shalu disagrees. They hear the doorbell. Rano goes to open the door, while Shalu wonders what has happened to Rano.
Ayush tells Rishi what he observed. Rishi asks him not to talk about it. He says he wants the old Lakshmi back, the one who used to smile with him. Ayush advises him to give Lakshmi some time.
Malishka wonders what Rishi sees in Lakshmi. Kiran comes in and questions Malishka about why she left. Malishka asks why Rishi doesn’t notice her, even though she is the best. Kiran says Rishi loves her but is trapped by Lakshmi. Malishka says she is tired of everything and adds that Lakshmi forgave Rishi just to stay with him, even after seeing him with her.
Rano welcomes Vinod’s aunt. The aunt asks why she was called. Rano asks her to check Lakshmi while blessing her and then tell her the truth. Vinod’s aunt talks to Lakshmi about Paro and checks her pulse. Lakshmi feels nauseous and leaves. Shalu says Lakshmi isn’t taking care of her health and has been experiencing these symptoms lately. Chachi comments that these things happen at this time. Shalu looks confused and asks what she means.
Malishka tells Kiran that she will make Rishi come to her and will ensure he leaves Lakshmi. Chachi tells Shalu and Rano that Lakshmi is pregnant. Lakshmi is shocked to hear this.
Malishka tells Kiran to announce that she is pregnant with Rishi’s child. Chachi congratulates Lakshmi, but Lakshmi locks herself in the room, crying as she remembers the night she spent with Rishi. Rano sends Chachi away. They ask Lakshmi to open the door.
Lakshmi recalls how Rishi came to talk to her. He told her that he remembered spending time with her but didn’t remember how he ended up in Malishka’s room. He asked her to give him another chance. Lakshmi refused and called him a bad father. They argued about it. Rishi said she wasn’t a good mother either. Lakshmi said she loved Paro and had given her everything. Rishi accused her of snatching his child from him and taking Paro’s father away from her. He said that despite their issues, they needed to put them aside for their children, but Lakshmi robbed him of his rights as a father. He declared that she wasn’t a good mother.
Lakshmi warned him not to say it again. Rishi said he could do anything for his children and accused her of doing wrong by not telling him about her pregnancy in the past. Lakshmi comes to the present. She wipes her tears, opens the door, and says to Shalu and Rano that she wanted to go to the doctor.
