The episode starts with Shalu and Rano bringing Lakshmi to a doctor. The doctor asks Lakshmi to lie down on the bed so she can examine her. Lakshmi agrees.
Ayush asks Rishi why he looks stressed. Rishi tells Ayush that he feels something big is going to happen, but he doesn’t know what it is. Malishka asks Rishi to come home, saying she has something important to tell him. Rishi agrees, and he and Ayush head home.
Kiran tells Malishka that today, everything will be revealed. Malishka agrees and makes a comment about it.
After examining Lakshmi, the doctor informs her, Rano, and Shalu that Lakshmi is pregnant. Lakshmi gets excited upon hearing this. She tells Shalu that she wants to go home and share the news with Rishi. Shalu asks Lakshmi if she is sure. Lakshmi assures her and comments on it. Lakshmi then leaves. Rano and Shalu feel that everything will now be fine between Rishi and Lakshmi.
Malishka gathers all the family members and announces that she has good news to share. Neelam asks Malishka what it is. Malishka replies that she will reveal it once Rishi gets home, and Neelam agrees.
Meanwhile, Lakshmi decides to tell Rishi the news, as she regrets hiding the truth about Parvati from him in the past. Lakshmi stops the cab on her way to buy some sweets.
Back at the Oberoi house, Neelam questions Malishka about the sweets. Malishka says it is for the big announcement she is about to make. The Oberoi family wonders what Malishka’s good news could be.
Rishi and Ayush arrive home, and Karishma asks Mukesh to inform Malishka about Rishi’s arrival. Meanwhile, Rishi gets a phone call and steps aside to answer it.
Lakshmi arrives at the Oberoi house and goes straight to Rishi. Rishi cuts the call upon seeing her. Lakshmi tells Rishi that she has good news. Rishi asks her what it is. Lakshmi reminds him that he was upset with her in the past because she hid the truth about Parvati and took away his right to be a father. She apologizes to him and then reveals that she is pregnant, announcing that he is going to be a father. Rishi becomes excited upon hearing the news. The Oberoi family is shocked. Harleen and Ayush congratulate Rishi and Lakshmi.
Malishka comes in, confused about why the Oberoi family is celebrating. She asks what is going on. Harleen announces that Rishi and Lakshmi are going to be parents again. Lakshmi offers sweets to Neelam, who blesses her.
Harleen and Ayush suggest throwing a party to celebrate the happy news. Malishka interrupts and claims that Lakshmi cannot be pregnant with Rishi’s child. She accuses Lakshmi of lying and makes a comment about it.
