The episode starts with Rishi bringing Parvati into the room. Aanchal asks Dr. Sangeeta to begin treatment. Sangeeta requests everyone except the parents to leave. Aanchal refuses, worried about Parvati’s condition since she’s unconscious. After checking her, Sangeeta confirms that Parvati’s vitals are stable, and she will regain consciousness soon. Lakshmi, deeply concerned, is comforted by Rishi.
Meanwhile, Malishka brings Rohan into a room. Rohan mentions that he saw Malishka handling the rod and questions her about it. Malishka, seeing Karishma approaching, denies the accusation and convinces Rohan that he must be imagining things. Rohan reluctantly agrees, wondering why she would hurt Parvati.
Sangeeta informs Harleen and Ayush about Parvati’s condition and assures them she’ll regain consciousness soon. She also asks Harleen to speak with the contractor responsible for the faulty paalna (cradle), remarking that his negligence could have killed Parvati.
Inside the room, Harleen watches over the still unconscious Parvati. Avinash expresses concern about how the paalna fell. Lakshmi vows to find out if someone intentionally hurt Parvati, which Kiran overhears.
Rohan, feeling the need to check on Parvati, leaves. Karishma instructs Anushka to follow him, and she agrees. Karishma then reprimands Malishka for her reckless actions. Malishka defends herself, claiming her intention was to trap Lakshmi, not Parvati. However, Karishma insists that harming anyone, intentionally or not, is wrong. Kiran also chides Malishka, warning her about Lakshmi’s determination to seek justice for Parvati. Malishka, frustrated, retorts and leaves after a tense exchange.
Later, Lakshmi discovers the broken *paalna* and sees Malishka nearby. She confronts Malishka, asking why she did it. Malishka denies any involvement and defends herself, but Lakshmi warns her to be grateful if she’s innocent. Lakshmi vows to watch her closely, determined to uncover who is behind the incident. Malishka, growing defensive, insists she did nothing wrong. Aanchal interjects, stating that Parvati is hurt, regardless of who’s responsible, and mentions her intention to observe a *vrath* (fast) every Janmashtami in gratitude for Parvati’s survival.
That night, Malishka is unable to sleep, troubled by Lakshmi’s suspicion. She knows Rishi will stay by Parvati’s side, leaving her feeling uneasy about what lies ahead.
The following day, Malishka wakes up late, only to find that Rohan is already dressed for school. When she tries to warn him to stay away from Lakshmi, he brushes her off and leaves for school. After school, Rohan returns and tells Malishka that he’s worried about Parvati and plans to visit her.
Meanwhile, Malishka overhears Lakshmi talking to Shalu on the phone, assuring her that she’s keeping a close watch on everyone and is determined to find the culprit.
Later, Malishka has a daydream in which Lakshmi discovers the truth and punishes her. Karishma pulls her out of the dream, advising her to shift Lakshmi’s focus elsewhere. When Malishka is unsure how to do this, Karishma suggests finding someone who can make Lakshmi’s life difficult. Malishka recalls Balwinder and decides to contact him. After learning from Guddu that Balwinder is in a mental asylum, she visits him.
At the asylum, Malishka tells Balwinder about Lakshmi enjoying her life with Rishi, reminding him that Lakshmi is responsible for his situation. Provoked, Balwinder attacks Malishka, but security intervenes, locking him in a dark room.
Back at the Oberoi mansion, Lakshmi notices a wound on Malishka’s neck and asks if she’s injured or deserved it, implying that the latter is true.
Malishka shares her encounter with Balwinder with Karishma, confident that he will now focus on taking Lakshmi down. In the dark room, Balwinder swears vengeance on Lakshmi.
