The episode starts with Rishi saying to Lakshmi that he brought medicine for Ayush and he gives the medicine to the nurse. Lakshmi asks Rishi not to worry and says that everything good will happen with good people. Neelam thinks in her heart once Lakshmi leaves Rishi then she will be able to keep her word to Malishka.
Neelam asks Rishi where is Malishka. Rishi says he doesn’t know. Neelam asks Rishi to go and search for Malishka. Rishi asks Neelam why is that. Neelam says to Rishi that Malishka is pregnant and if she saw Rishi and Lakshmi together then she will be upset. Neelam asks Rishi to go and search for Malishka right away. Rishi agrees and leaves from there.
Malishka asks Garimacharya what is she saying. Garimacharya says to Malishka that she is answering her. Garimacharya argues with Malishka. Malishka comments on Garimacharya. Malishka asks Garimacharya if she understands what kind of a mental stress she is going through right now. Malishka says she will file a case against her. Garimacharya says to Malishka that she can do what she wants and comments on it. Garimacharya holds Malishka’s hand and later says to Malishka that she has lied to Neelam. Garimacharya says to Malishka that she is 2 and half months pregnant.
Rishi searches for Malishka but he doesn’t find her. Rishi sees Malishka’s phone location in his phone. Rishi sees Malishka is not in the hospital. Rishi goes to get her.
Neelam comes to Karishma. Karishma says to Neelam that she wants to talk to Rishi. Karishma asks Neelam where is Rishi. Neelam says to Karishma that he sent Rishi to look for Malishka. Neelam asks Karishma not to worry and says nothing will happen to Ayush as Lakshmi has given blood to Ayush. Karishma later says to Neelam that she doesn’t want Shalu to become Ayush’s wife. Neelam says to Karishma that this is not the place to talk and ends the matter.
Garimacharya says to Malishka that a mid wife can touch a pulse of a pregnant women and tell when she is pregnant. Garimacharya says she used to be a mid wife before she became Sanyasi.
Karishma worries for Ayush. Neelam comforts Karishma. Lakshmi asks Shalu to go to Karishma and comfort her. Shalu agrees.
Shalu comes to Karishma and comforts her.
Malishka threatens Garimacharya saying she doesn’t know what Malishka can do. Garimacharya says to Malishka that if she speaks one more word then she will face consequences for her actions. Malishka doesn’t care about Garimacharya’s warning and insults her. Garimacharya comments on Malishka and closes her eyes. Kiran begs Garimacharya not to punish Malishka. Malishka comments on Kiran. Kiran takes Malishka away from there.
Jaya says to Garimacharya she warned them but they didn’t listen to her. Garimacharya slaps Jaya.
Malishka asks Kiran what is she doing. Kiran comments on Malishka as she came here and got herself exposed to Garimacharya. Malishka says to Kiran that she doesn’t understand one thing and says to Kiran why didn’t Garimacharya say to Neelam about Lakshmi’s pregnancy as she has phone and there is Neelam’s phone no in it.
Garimacharya scolds Jaya and asks Jaya to get out of her Ashram.
Rishi comes to Malishka and Kiran. Kiran takes Rishi’s name to alert Malishka.
