The episode starts with Anjali keeps thinking about doctor words. Soundarya touches her she comes back to earth. Soundarya advises to her how to behave in pregnancy period. She shouldn’t hide anything inside her open up with everyone. Soundarya says that she changed a lot if she is old Anjali then she would have busy with make up and shopping. She asks her to do whatever she likes.
Soundarya shares her pregnancy period memories with Anjali. She says to her that Anjali will definitely give birth to baby without any problem. She adds that Kannamma’s baby didn’t grown up here she wanna fulfill her wish through her baby. Anjali thinks that her baby will be here but she won’t be alive. Soundarya asks her to call her mom and stays here. Soundarya advises to her and leaves.
Soundarya and Venu are sitting in garden. Lakshmi comes there in Kumar’s auto. He leaves from there after dropping her. Soundarya gets happy to see Lakshmi there. Lakshmi informs to her that she brought sweets for Hema reasoning she is going to America. Kannamma cooked it specially for her. Lakshmi questions Soundarya why don’t she stop Hema leaving from India. Soundarya asks her to talk with doctor uncle but she answers her he may get angry that’s why. Venu sends her inside to meet Lakshmi. Venu thinks that Bharathi don’t understand the things a baby understanding.
Soundarya tells him that Bharathi knew it well he is doing wrong though he is not giving heed to this because he is hell angry on Kannamma. Anjali asks Hema to eat something but she refuses to eat. Lakshmi comes there seeing her she feels happy. Hema hugs Lakshmi happily. Bharathi comes there and greets her. Lakshmi shares the school experience to Hema. Soundarya and family turns to very happy seeing Hema laughs with Lakshmi. Soundarya demands her to share the secret with them also. Lakshmi says that its secret between friends. Soundarya and Bharathi admires their bond.
Lakshmi takes the lunch box in her hand. Bharathi questions her what’s it? Whom gave it to her? Lakshmi hesitate and reveals the truth to him that Cooking mom gave it for her. Bharathi’s face changes after hearing it. Soundarya thinks that Lakshmi is not mentioning her as her mom mistakenly too. Hema face brightens hearing cooking mom name. Hema shares Bharathi emotional and asks permission to him. Soundarya asks Hema to don’t mind him just eat it. Hema says that Bharathi don’t like it she can say it seeing his face. Soundarya asks her to eat it. Hema says it happily.
Bharathi about to leave Soundarya stops him and says that he might understand what’s Hema like or not? Bharathi leaves from there. Lakshmi spends quality time with each other. Lakshmi says to all she is leaving. Bharathi is ready to drop her in home but Soundarya and Venu gets shock to hear it. Venu says he will drop her in home. Soundarya says that she will drop her. Bharathi deny it all and takes Lakshmi from there. Soundarya takes her phone in rush to call Kannamma.
