The episode starts with Kannamma reminds the moments she spend with Hema. Tulasi gives her morning coffee to her she complaints to Tulasi that she didn’t slept yesterday she was thinking about Hema. Tulasi says it’s seems Kannamma will miss Hema more then Lakshmi. Kannamma agrees with it and says she don’t know why is she so attached with her. Even Hema close to be her shr has no idea how will Hema live in America alone. Kannamma tells her that she was adamant not to visit Bharathi house after he insulted her but she went there for her to cook for her. When ever she used to call her as cooking mom she heard it as mom. She is not treating Hema like third person. Bharathi won’t allow her to talk with her after she moved to America. She wishes to meet her once before she leaving.
Tulasi asks her to go and meet her. Kannamma deny it reasoning Bharathi dislikes it he will scold Hema she will cry if she see her in tears Hema will also cry along with her. Tulasi convinces her and send her to meet Hema. Kannamma reaches to Bharathi house but Mallika informed to her that Bharathi left from there. Kannamma feels emotional hearing it. Bharathi is driving his car. Doctor checks Hema’s temperature and questions Bharathi why is he so adamant like this? It’s his personal life he can move to America but he shouldn’t force his daughter to go with him in this time. Why don’t he understand her heart. Bharathi asks her to sit quiet don’t disturb him. Doctor says to him as a friend she can’t sit quiet like this when he is doing wrong. Bharathi tells her that she has no idea what’s going on here and don’t know about his mom too. He says to her she is following their car behind. Soundarya shares his grief with Venu. She thinks why don’t he change his mind. Kannamma questions her who is she to Hema to go there mere a cooking mom not her mom. Tulasi thinks she is real mother of her. Kannamma tells her destiny is not allowing her to meet her. Tulasi asks her to take it easy. She can meet her through video call. Kannamma says that he won’t allow her to talk with her. Tulasi says to her that Hema like her a lot she will contact her somehow. Kannamma says to her she was happy after she entered into her life.
Even she can’t able to bear this pain then how will Hema bear it. She cries in pain Lakshmi comes there she hides her pain. Kannamma sends her to wash her hand. Tulasi asks her to don’t mention it to her. Hema is feeling uneasy. Bharathi says to her that just 10 minutes after that they can check in to airport. Hema gets a fix. Doctor informs to him that her pulse getting down she will go to coma stage if they don’t admit her in hospital. He stops the car Soundarya comes there and blames Bharathi for her state.
Soundarya warns him that she won’t leave him if anything goes wrong with Hema. Bharathi fears the worst. They admits Hema in hospital. Priya is checking Hema. Bharathi reaches to there and gives the medicine to her. He wishes to meet Hema. Priya advises him to stay outside reasoning he is not a doctor but a emotional father. She says to him that Hema is not responding to the medicine yet. Bharathi breaks down hearing it. Soundarya sits beside him and consoles him. He cries laying on her lap.
