The episode starts with Venba gets bail. She rushes near her mom and shares her happiness with Sharmila. Venba tells her that she never that thought she will get bail today. Sharmila asks her Is she remember her conditions? Venba assures to her that she remember it. Sharmila pranks her that tomorrow alliance gonna fix for her. Venba thinks that she can’t able to lock her.
Later Sakthi playing with kids in Hospital. Her mom asks her to stop playing or else she will faint. Nurse asks her parents to meet Bharathi. Her parents meets Bharathi and asks him why did Sakthi often faint while playing? Bharathi shares to them that Shakthi’s heart is weak.
They cries hearing it and ask him to say the solution to it. Bharathi asks him to do the heart Transplant to Sakthi. They fears it will cost more amount. Bharathi assures to them that he will take care of the expenses but they wanna find a heart donor for her or else she will be in danger. They shares their grief with Bharathi. He tries his best to console them and demand them to admit Sakthi in hospital. He alerts that she will faint often so it’s better to admit her here. She will be safe here. He asks them to do this surgery asap for her better health.
Sakthi comes there and informs to her parents that she finished playing. Her parents hides their tears seeing Sakthi. Bharathi asks Sakthi to stay in hospital for one week reasoning everyone in this hospital liked her. Sakthi agrees to stay in hospital. They asks him about money Bharathi denies it.
Later Bharathi arranges one emergency meeting. He narrated the Sakthi’s health condition to his hospital staffs. He says that she needs immediate heart transplant. He asks them to contact medical association to find an eligible donor to Sakthi. It’s very important they shouldn’t delay in this case. Meanwhile Soundarya takes Lakshmi and Hema to hospital. Lakshmi feels happy to see the big hospital where Kannamma is working. Soundarya appreciated Kannamma for became a administrate officer. Lakshmi feels proud of her.
Soundarya says to them Kannamma is there. Kids gets happy to see her there. Kannamma’s happiness having no bounds seeing Hema and Lakshmi there. Hema cries seeing her and complaints that she didn’t shared to her anything. She expected her to give food to her she didn’t slept yesterday. She has no idea she joined in this new job? Why didn’t she shared it with her? She missed her a lot. She was adamant not to eat anything. Lakshmi assured to her that she will take Hema to hospital. She questions her why didn’t she invited her to school?
Kannamma shares her that she loves both kids equally. Soundarya complaints that she assured to her she won’t cry then why did she done it? Hema demands her to give permission to Stay with her after school. Vickram comes there and learns the matter. He gives permission to Hema too. Kannamma shares her happiness with Soundarya. Later Sharmila lashes out at Venba for supporting Bharathi. She complaints that she is a fool that’s why she is believing Bharathi a lot. He never called her or come to meet her in this situation. Sharmila reminds her to marry the person which she choose?
