The episode starts with Shanthi, She shares to Venba that she is well aware that Venba doesn’t like someone advising to her. But she is a loyal servant to her that’s why she wanna say this to you. She is adamant to marry Bharathi and waited for him 10 years. But Bharathi is not considering her not even as a friend that’s why he didn’t helped her when police arrested her or come to meet her. It’s better to marry someone else leaving him reasoning Kannamma is cling to him always and working in his hospital. It’s hard to separate them.
Venba says that she is loving Bharathi a lot she done everything to get him in her life. She is loving him from college days. She studied medicine for him day and night to be with him. Her mom helped her to achieve everything in her life. She always made sure she got all the things which she craved for. Them why don’t she accept Bharathi. He is her life? Shanthi asks her to consider her advise and leaves. Venba thinks that she is not a easy girl. If she don’t get him in her life then she won’t allow him to live with anyone.
Later Nurse meets Kannamma and shares to her that Lakshmi is talkative girl and very smart. She learns from Kannamma that Hema is Bharathi’s daughter. She praises Bharathi for helping Usha today. She adds that he advised to Usha’s husband that he shouldn’t suspect wife in any time.
He is great. If he behave like this with stranger than she can imagine how will he treat her wife? He is very calm and behaving well mannered to staffs. Kannamma is also supporting Bharathi and appreciates him in front of Geetha. Kannamma shares to her that she wanna give food to kids. She thinks that Bharathi treating everyone in good way and getting good name. But she has no idea why is he treating her in this way for last 10 years.
Meanwhile Lakshmi, Hema comes to canteen along with Kannamma and Soundarya. Soundarya shares to Kannamma that Vickram called her and informed to her that Kannamma controling the hospital. She appreciates her for preparing healthy recipes here. Hema says to Soundarya that she wish to invite dad too but he is working far from this hospital. Soundarya shares to her that dad working in this hospital. Lakshmi and Hema gets happy to hear the news.
Soundarya shares to kids in indirectly way both Kannamma and Bharathi are working together in this hospital. They will be together. Hema leaves to call Bharathi from his cabin. Bharathi gets happy to see the kids there. Lakshmi shares to Bharathi that she gonna visit Hospital at evening and leaves together with Kannamma. Hema too says the same. Kids forced Bharathi to take him to hospital. Kannamma gets surprise to see him there. Soundarya shares to him that Hema wishes to meet Kannamma that’s why she being Hema here.
Bharathi leaves from there when patient came. Venba gets frustrated when Bharathi didn’t come to meet her after she came from court. She calls to Bharathi. Hema thinks that Venba used to call dad and disturb him always. Hema asks Kannamma to help her to cut Venba’s friendship with Bharathi. Kannamma attend that call shocking Venba.
