The episode begins with the captaincy task. Kunikaa asks Zeishan not to break her tiles, but Zeishan tells her not to order him around. Kunikaa insists that he cannot break her tiles. Tanya tells Kunikaa that she cannot participate in the task, but Kunikaa says that if Zeishan tries to break her tiles, she will interrupt. A heated argument breaks out between Zeishan and Kunikaa.
Ashnoor tries to convince Tanya. Amaal says he wants a neutral captain, to which Kunikaa replies that he can do whatever he wants. Meanwhile, Abhishek asks the housemates to support him as well. Ashnoor tells Tanya that outside of the game, she can always vent her feelings in front of her.
Kunikaa gets upset with Amaal for giving tiles to Ashnoor and says that Zeishan’s true face has also been revealed. Amaal calls Zeishan loud, while Mridul declares that he will not side with Zeishan either.
Later, Zeishan asks Abhishek to understand the politics of the game. Baseer accuses Abhishek of touching him inappropriately, which leads to an argument between them. Zeishan and Amaal discuss that Baseer will realize his mistakes only after Kunikaa nominates him. Tanya eventually declares Kunikaa as the new captain of the house, praising her for taking care of responsibilities since day one.
As captain, Kunikaa begins assigning duties. She asks Gaurav to cook food, but Gaurav refuses, saying he doesn’t know how to cook Indian food. Kunikaa then asks him to either clean the utensils or wash the washroom twice, but Gaurav refuses again and accuses her of acting like a dictator. Zeishan supports Gaurav, saying the same two people should continue cleaning the toilets. However, Kunikaa firmly assigns the toilet-cleaning duty to both Gaurav and Zeishan.
Elsewhere, Nehal asks Tanya why she didn’t respond to her greeting. Tanya clarifies that she wasn’t ignoring her, but Nehal decides to keep an eye on Tanya for a while longer. Tanya wonders why Nehal is trying to pick a fight so early in the morning. Neelam tells Tanya to wash her face instead of arguing.
Later, Tanya boasts about cleaning the garden for the first time. Pranit asks her to use her hands to do the work. Tanya teases Pranit, but he in turn mocks Tanya’s lavish lifestyle, even joking that she doesn’t own a private jet.
Bigg Boss then announces the unveiling of the App Room. This is the place where it will be decided which contestant gets access to the available apps, with the public deciding through the “Kya Bolti Public” chat on Jio Hotstar. Each week, one contestant will be chosen.
Farhana asks, “What is the Bakwaas App? Please don’t choose me for the Bakwaas app, public.” Bigg Boss then asks Farhana to grant access to the App Room according to her choice, adding that her decision will secure her re-entry into the house. Farhana chooses Gaurav to access the App Room.
Meanwhile, Amaal and Mridul talk about Natalia. Mridul admits that he enjoys talking with her.
Gaurav gets access to the app. Bigg Boss announces that he has received the Bakwaas App. He gives Gaurav a choice between getting the weekly ration or allowing Farhana’s re-entry. Farhana wishes for Gaurav to choose her, and Gaurav indeed chooses Farhana. She says she owes her re-entry to him.
Overjoyed, Farhana prepares to return. Bigg Boss asks her to go inside the house, leaving the inmates shocked to see her back.
Bigg Boss reminds everyone that Gaurav’s decision is now complete. The evicted member, who not only stayed in the Secret Room and secretly watched everything happening inside 24/7, but also carefully observed the reasons behind each of their nominations, has returned. The housemates guess correctly that Farhana is re-entering.
Farhana reunites with Tanya and Gaurav. Soon after, a verbal spat breaks out between Farhana and Baseer. Amaal comments that Bigg Boss played a smart game. He and Baseer remark that Farhana will now support Gaurav.
Meanwhile, Gaurav tells Tanya that she behaves like a gaslighter, adding that this quality will help her go far in the game. Amaal tells Mridul that Gaurav is both clever and diplomatic.
Elsewhere, Kunikaa and Gaurav get into an argument as they try to clear their past issues. Amaal also tells Mridul that Nehal is diplomatic.
Farhana advises Zeishan not to trust Baseer or anyone else in the house too easily.
She then questions Pranit about why he uses crude words in all his jokes and calls him a follower of Baseer. This leads to a heated argument between Pranit and Farhana, during which Pranit retaliates by calling Farhana an attention seeker.
Meanwhile, Kunikaa confronts Abhishek for leaving his duty halfway. Abhishek ignores her, which angers Kunikaa. She decides that if Abhishek does not complete his duties, he will not be given food.
Later, Farhana talks to Gaurav about the earlier “dal matter” involving Zeishan, Kunikaa, and him. She tells Gaurav that Kunikaa tried to convince Nehal that he eats more food than others.
Farhana then encourages Gaurav, saying, “You are playing very well, but you should play on the front foot.” She adds that both Zeishan and Gaurav are playing strongly and could even be good friends since they think alike.
Gaurav tells Zeishan that Kunikaa has been gaslighting Nehal. Zeishan replies that he already became aware of it after Farhana informed him.
Meanwhile, Kunikaa restricts Abhishek from having food. In response, Abhishek decides to eat only fruits. Kunikaa warns that she will not allow him to have food the next day either.
Zeishan says that Kunikaa behaves as if she is running a school and the rest of them are her students. Farhana agrees with him and adds that they need to show her otherwise.
