It feels like a journey of justice has begun from today. This is the emotions that the family of the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput is having today morning after the verdict of Supreme Court. Sushant Singh Rajput who had a controversial death on 14th June, 2020 in his apartment and it was declared as suicide in no time creates a huge mass outrage among the mass people of India.
The process was started by the followers and the die heart fans of the actor. Any close relatives friends and the followers of this actor was not ready to believe in this theory of suicide from the very first day which was turn into a possible reality post a FIR was filed at Patna police station by his father. He allegedly claims that his son was tortured and murdered and their prime accused was none other than Rhea Chakraborty who is rumoured to be his girlfriend.
So many things are said and done regarding this case and we did have so many people claiming that some certain issues to be the reason behind this tragic incident. However putting all those speculations and assumptions aside, the Supreme Court of India announced on 19th August, 2020 that the report presented by Mumbai police was not upto the mark regarding the fact that the matter is being investigated from 2 months almost.
The SC is apparently not happy with the way Mumbai police acted in the entire case and thus they handed over the case to Central Bereau Investigation. Not only this, SC also said Mumbai police has to cooperate with CBI with every tiny details of the case so far. Justice Hrishikesh Roy and his team pronounced the verdict today against a petition filed by the close friends and family of the late actor. Not only this the supreme court also rejected the plea of the prime suspect Rhea Chakraborty to transfer the FIR of Patna to Mumbai. The Patna police who came to Mumbai to investigate about the case against the FIR filed by the family registered criminal charges against Rhea Chakraborty under section 420, section 306, section 341, section 342, section 380 and section 406.
The verdict surely made the family of the victim and the entire country happy and restored their belief in the judiciary system. Along with this the supreme court also ordered to investigate about other criminal cases which is directly or indirectly connected to the mother mystery of Sushant Singh Rajput.
