The episode starts with Bhawana seeing some other girl in the ward while Vidya’s parents take Vidya in a stretcher to another room. Bhawana struggles to open the door and seeks Amit’s help. Amit puts up an act, saying it locked, then unlocked the door. Bhawana goes to the ward where she finds Bhawana’s mother. Amit scolds Bhawana for doubting his words and says he will do anything and protect Vidya at any cost. Bhawana inquires Vidya’s mother about health and also about Vidya’s whereabout. The latter struggles to answer, so Amit lies Vidya went home to take rest. Amit taunts Bhawana. Bhawana asks Vidya’s mother to contact her if the latter is in need of her help and then leaves. Amit gets relieved.
Raghav meets Bhawana in the hospital. He tells him he is here to collect Radha’s medical report, and he strongly states that the assault behind Radha is because of Amit’s action. Bhawana gets shocked. She then says that she hopes the justice serves. Raghav says the importance of standing up for themselves, which Radha is doing it. He then inquires Bhawana the reason behind looking upset and lost in thought. Bhawana tells she isn’t sure about herself, so she can’t explain him anything. Raghav understands then says he has to go to the office or else he’ll drop her. Bhawana says she has taken Dimple’s scooty, so she will return home on her own. Raghav praises Bhawana, and the latter gives credit to him. They both leave.
In the hospital, Amit warns Vidya’s parents about Bhawana, who won’t remain silent until her suspicion goes away. Vidya’s mother requests Amit to control his anger, but Amit shouts at Vidya’s parent’s and threatens them. They both become helpless.
Bhawana arrives home with Jagjeevan’s report. Aarushi asks Bhawana to help her pack gifts, which she brought for Vidya, which is after two days. Bhawana agrees to help her. They both together wrap the gifts of Vidya’s gifts. She then gets an idea which is to conduct Vidya’s birthday party. She shares the idea with Jagjeevan. Malini says such parties never took place in their house, but Jagjeevan approves Bhawana’s idea, so Bhawana requests Malini to agree too. Malini asks her to do whatever she wants and then leaves. Bhawana hopes to find what is happening in Vidya’s life and then leaves.
Later, Bhawana goes to Vidya’s room, where she sees the blood-soaked sponge and the blood stain in the bedsheet, so she calls Vidya and gets shocked seeing the phone is her. Aanchal comes there to say something to Bhawana, but the latter scolds her and leaves in an auto. Raghav is on a call with Radha and notices Bhawana going somewhere, so inquires Aanchal what happened. Aanchal tells him everything and requests to talk to Bhawana. Raghav agrees.
Bhawana reaches the hospital. She receives a call from Raghav, who asks her where she is. Bhawana tells him she will tell him everything as soon as possible and also tells him she is in the hospital, which shocks Raghav. She then notices Vidya’s mother leaving the ward and enters it. She gets shocked to see Vidya’s state. Vidya wakes up and cries silently seeing Bhawana there. Bhawana apologises to Vidya for failing to figure out the truth. She further requests Vidya to share what happened with her. Vidya stares at Bhawana.
Precap: Amit tries to hit Vidya just then someone attacks him from behind. Later, Bhawana beats up Amit, which Raghav witnesses it.
