The episode starts with Bhawana telling Vidya the wound in her heart won’t heal. Also, she doesn’t have ointment for it. She further persuades her to tell from when she is going through this torture as she is aware who is behind all this, saying they both are sister’s. Vidya cries hard.
Aanchal wonders why Bhawana isn’t returned home yet. Bhanu learns that Bhawana isn’t in home, so she wonders whether Bhawana is with Raghav. In the hospital, Raghav enters Vidya’s ward. Vidya describes the torture she has endured because of Amit. Raghav decides not to interfere and remains silent. Bhawana questions Vidya for remaining silent all this while. Vidya shares her fear and worry about Aarushi, who will break down when Amit’s truth comes out. She also talks about what women have to go through after they lose their partners support, which Bhawana is well aware of. Bhawana advises Vidya about the consequences of her remaining silent against Amit’s torture. Raghav agrees with Bhawana, surprising both Bhawana and Vidya.
Raghav pleads with Vidya to fight against Amit’s torture. Vidya’s mother arrives there and refuses to let Raghav and Bhawana confront Amit, saying she doesn’t want Vidya’s married life to come to an end. Vidya also agrees with her mother. Bhawana questions Vidya’s mother about society’s norms, which asks women to take care of her parent’s needs, but what about a husband who has to respect his wife equally. Vidya’s mother asks Bhawana what the society will say about them. Bhawana says to Vidya’s mother that the same society people will express their concern on Vidya’s dead anniversary. Vidya and her mother cries hard.
Amit calls Vidya’s mother. The latter gets scared to answer. Bhawana gets determined to confront Amit over a phone call, but both Vidya and her mother arrive and refuse to let her do. Amit gets frustrated that Vidya’s mother isn’t answering the calls. He then gets shocked seeing the blood-soaked band-aid from dustbin. He hides everything and wonders whether anyone has found out or noticed all this? He then again calls Vidya’s mother’s number. Vidya threatens to kill herself if Bhawana confronts Amit by removing the trips. Both Raghav and Bhawana get shocked. They both plead with Vidya not to harm herself. Vidya demands a promise from Bhawana not to confront Amit, which Bhawana agrees. Vidya asks her mother to answer Amit’s call, the latter obliges, then leaves. Raghav calls the nurse to treat Vidya.
Bhanu inquires Aanchal about Bhawana’s whereabouts, expressing his fake concern. Aanchal informs him that Bhawana isn’t returned home yet also not answering her calls. Bhanu gives his phone to Aanchal. Bhawana answers the call and says to Aanchal that she is in the hospital. Bhanu wonders the reason behind Bhawana is in hospital.
In the hospital, Raghav asks Bhawana to pour her heart out to him. Bhawana cries hard and blames herself for being ignorant. Raghav pleads her not to blame herself, saying it’s Amit who made a mistake and Vidya is hesitant to take action against Amit. Bhawana puts her head on Raghav’s shoulder, surprising the latter. Bhanu takes a photo of Raghav-Bhawana and smirks, saying now it’s time for Bhawana to face the family members’ question for having an affair with Raghav.
Precap: Amit tries to hit Vidya, but someone hit him from behind. Later, Bhawana beats up Amit in front of Raghav.
