The episode starts with Shastri’s arranging for Vidya’s birthday celebration. Aanchal asks Jagjeevan about cake flavours opinion. Amit tells his plan to make everything special for Vidya. Aarushi expresses her excitement. Amit says Vidya is going to be happy. Bhawana controls her anger, recalling Vidya’s promise. Amit informs Jagjeevan that he is going to bring Vidya home. Bhawana says to Amit that he will accompany him. Amit refuses to let her accompany him, saying there is so much work left to do here. Bhawana remains stubborn in her decision. Amit feels helpless. Aarushi also insists Amit to take Bhawana with him. Amit agrees.
In the hospital, Vidya gets ready. Amit angrily questions her for her action. Vidya thinks Bhawana must have confronted Amit so the latter is angry and gets worried. She gets relieved learning. Amit is talking about her hospital bills. Vidya assures her father will return him the money by next month. Amit complains to Vidya about Bhawana, who is keeping an eye on him. He then leaves saying Bhawana is coming to meet her, so he asks not to let Bhawana know anything that happened with her. Amit obliges.
Vidya hides her scars using makeup. Bhawana arrives there. She expresses her pain to Vidya and pleads her to let her expose Amit, but Vidya refuses, so Bhawana taunts Amit actions. Vidya remains stubborn in her decision. Bhawana gets upset. Amit arrives there. Vidya puts up an act. Bhawana firmly states that she will always be with Vidya. Amit gets shocked.
Amit, Vidya, and Bhawana return home. Vidya gets surprised seeing Shastri’s birthday surprise for her. Malini questions Vidya for her choice of dress. Amit manages the situation. He then puts up an act in front of everyone. Vidya feels tensed, so she holds Bhawana’s hand, which Amit notices it. He then takes Vidya with him to take the elders’ blessings.
Raghav goes to Bhawana. He expresses his worry for Vidya to Bhawana for tolerating Amit’s abuse. He tells Vidya that he isn’t ready to sacrifice for her freedom. Bhawana asks Raghav what they can do to free Vidya from Amit’s torture. Raghav decides to fight for Vidya’s freedom silently. Bhawana also decides to support Raghav’s decision.
Aanchal urges Vidya to cut the cake. Vidya obliges. Bhawana taunts Amit about the cake he chose. Amit gets taken aback but manages the situation. Vidya feeds the cake first to Bhawana and says the latter is her sister. Amit gets irked. Bhanu taunts Vidya for choosing Bhawana over Amit. Amit hurts Vidya without anyone’s knowledge, which Bhawana notices it so she deliberately drops the knife of Amit’s feet and mocks at him. Amit gets annoyed. Both Raghav and Bhawana stop Amit from dancing with Vidya in front of everyone. Srivastav’s decides to leave. Raghav asks Bhawana to contact him if she is in need of his help and then leaves.
Amit forcibly takes Vidya to their room. Bhawana tries to follow them, but Malini assigns her the cleaning work and then leaves. Amit confronts Vidya about Bhawana’s actions. Vidya lies to him, but Amit refuses to believe her, so he takes his belt to hit her just then. Bhawana hits Amit with a broomstick, which leads Amit to fall to the ground. Amit and Vidya look shocked.
