The episode starts with Aadhya seeing, from the window, Shivaay’s mother falling unconscious in pain while holding her heart. As she falls to the floor, a diya drops and her saree catches fire. Aadhya seeks help from the locals, breaks open the door, and puts out the fire. She sees that Shivaay’s mother is not opening her eyes and immediately calls an ambulance.
Hemant calls Shivaay, but the call doesn’t get connected. Nandish arrives and shows Hemant a video of Baldev and his son performing bhoomi pooja at Shivaay’s ancestral house. They decide to inform Shivaay. Meanwhile, Aadhya receives a call from the ambulance driver saying it will take time to reach. With the help of other ladies, Aadhya places Shivaay’s mother in a car and takes her to the hospital.
Baldev goes to the police station to meet Bunty. The inspector initially refuses but later allows him after receiving an influential call. Aadhya reaches the hospital with Shivaay’s mother. She calls Shivaay, but he doesn’t answer. Aadhya learns from the nurse that Shivaay’s mother met with an accident and needs AB- blood urgently. Aadhya gets tense, thinking about how to arrange it. Meanwhile, the inspector leaves Bunty alone with Baldev, who beats Bunty for snapping at Aadhya and then leaves.
A girl stops Shivaay and asks for a lift to the hospital, saying her car broke down and someone urgently needs blood at Kannauj hospital. Shivaay agrees and drops her there. The girl meets Aadhya and goes to donate blood. Shivaay sees Aadhya and asks what happened. Aadhya tells him about his mother’s condition. The doctor comes and says the patient’s condition is critical. Shivaay enters his mother’s ward, sits beside her, and says that his father has already left him and he only has her, so she must recover soon.
Shivaay steps out of the room and cries, recalling his moments with his mother and how she always stood by him. Aadhya holds his hand. Khushi, Sonam, and Suraj arrive at the hospital and meet Shivaay. They ask Aadhya what happened suddenly. Aadhya explains that Shivaay’s mother fell victim to a digital arrest scam, became stressed, and suffered a heart attack. Shivaay then leaves the hospital.
Sonam tells Suraj about her plan to seize the property and money from Shivaay’s mother’s account and says she will handle the arrangements. Suraj agrees. Sonam begins executing her plan. Baldev calls Pallavi and says her daughter is not answering his calls, warning that it won’t be good if she doesn’t listen to him. He gets injured by a cartwheel and goes to the hospital for treatment. At the same time, Aadhya leaves the hospital.
Shivaay goes to the police station and demands the return of the money he lost in the scam. He also mentions that his mother has fallen prey to a digital arrest scam. The inspector says they are trying hard to solve the case and asks him to inform them when his mother regains consciousness. At the hospital, Baldev sees Shivaay’s mother in the critical ward and notices Sonam taking her thumbprint while she is unconscious. Suraj meets Baldev. A nurse takes Baldev for treatment of his wound. Shivaay struggles to arrange ₹1 lakh for his mother’s treatment.
Meanwhile, a person bumps with Shivaay while looking for a mechanic to repair Gupta’s car, as all mechanics are on holiday. He tells Shivaay and His friend that Gupta agrees to pay any amount. Shivaay offers to repair the car. On the way, Aadhya feels bad for Shivaay.
