The episode starts with Suhasini telling everyone that the roka ceremony happened smoothly despite all the hurdles. Baldev says it’s all because of Mahadev’s blessings. He adds that the pandit has suggested that the day after tomorrow is auspicious for Aadhya and Yashvardhan’s engagement, so they should hold it then.
Khushi and Suraj catch the culprit and beat Sonam. Khushi steps aside and asks Suraj to check the culprit’s face. Suraj is shocked to see that it is his wife, Sonam, and secretly helps her escape. He pretends that the attacker kicked him and ran away.
After Yashvardhan’s parents leave, Aadhya tells Baldev that she is against the engagement and will not agree to it. Baldev firmly says that no one can stop him and that he will get his daughter engaged for her own good.
Shivaay says he knows that Baldev burned his shop with the help of an accomplice, and this time he will report him to the police. Pratima stops him and asks him not to complain, saying that their shop is not completely destroyed and can be revived. She also reminds him of her oath and tells him not to go against it.
Pallavi tells Baldev that they too had a love marriage, and asks what if someone had stopped their wedding back then. Baldev replies that it would have been good for him, but it didn’t happen. Padma says that if things are rushed, proper arrangements cannot be made. Baldev insists that he will handle all the arrangements. Meanwhile, Padma thinks of a plan to defame Baldev. Vihaan mocks Aadhya.
Aadhya breaks down and calls Shivaay to inform him about her engagement, but Shivaay ignores her calls due to his compulsion. Both Shivaay and Aadhya cry helplessly in their respective places.
Sonam scolds Suraj for hitting her. Suraj questions why she tried to burn Shivaay’s house. Sonam lies, saying she had a bad dream that the shop was in trouble and went there. When Suraj asks why she ran after seeing Shivaay, she says she got scared thinking he would suspect her, just like Suraj did. Suraj begins to feel that Sonam is hiding something from him.
Padma tells Pallavi that she has arranged everything for the tilak ritual and that Baldev has purchased an expensive watch for Yashvardhan. Sonam comes to meet Padma and sends her a message to come outside. Padma meets her. Sonam complains that she was badly beaten and refuses to work under her unless she is told the real motive, otherwise she will reveal everything to Baldev. Padma stops her and reveals that she wants Baldev’s destruction. She says she is pretending to support her brother so she can ruin his reputation at the right time and leave him alone. She warns Sonam not to come there again.
Just then, Baldev arrives and asks who the veiled woman is. Padma tells Sonam to leave. Sonam hides her face and tries to go away. Baldev questions Padma, pointing at Sonam. Padma says she is a mehendi artist and sends her off. When Padma asks Baldev why he is there, he says someone has come to meet him and leaves.
Shivaay’s friends praise him for arranging 8 lakhs in 15 days. Shivaay says he still needs to arrange 7 more lakhs. He adds that once he returns the money to Baldev, he will talk to Pratima, as her oath is stopping him from meeting or even talking to Aadhya. His friends comfort him.
Aadhya opens her cupboard, and Yashvardhan suddenly comes out of it and showers flowers on her. Shocked, Aadhya asks who he is. Yashvardhan replies that he is her fiancé.
