The episode starts with Arambhi asking Vihaan and Raj to be careful before she leaves for the hospital. Harsh brings Kunika to the hospital as her hand is burned. Harsh tells Kunika that he will call Dhruv, but she asks him not to. Kunika says she will only get treated by Arambhi. Avantika comes out to check Kunika, but Kunika refuses to show her injury to her. She says she only wants Arambhi. Vishwas says, “You are the trustee of our hospital, ma’am, and we will give you the best treatment.” Kunika again says that she only wants Arambhi. Harsh says treatment should start quickly because if Dhruv learns about it, it won’t be good. Kunika slaps him and warns him not to tell Dhruv. Avantika thinks that Kunika trusting Arambhi is a good opportunity to frame Arambhi.
Raj and Vihaan sit on the bike and are about to leave for school. Manmeet comes there, and Raj and Vihaan ask her to sit behind them. Manmeet agrees and travels with them. Avantika asks the nurse where Arambhi is, as it is her reporting time. Arambhi arrives on time. She sees Kunika’s injury and asks how she got burned. Avantika asks if they knew each other before. Arambhi says yes. Avantika tells Arambhi that Kunika is the trustee of their hospital and asks her to lead the case. She praises Arambhi. Arambhi thinks something is wrong because Avantika never praises her.
A goon calls Avantika and says that Raj and Manmeet dropped Vihaan at school, so he could not kidnap him now, but he will do it in the evening. Avantika scolds him for calling her on the wrong number. Manmeet and Raj share cute moments while leaving for the hospital on the bike. They reach the hospital. Manmeet tells Raj that she wants to talk to him about something at home that night. Raj agrees.
Arambhi checks Kunika’s injury and says that it needs surgery. Avantika comes there and says the surgery will be led by Arambhi while again praising her. Arambhi becomes suspicious. Avantika goes outside. Vishwas says Arambhi cannot handle the surgery. Avantika says that since Kunika is the trustee of the hospital, she is taking a big risk. She adds that to save Vihaan, Arambhi will ruin Kunika’s surgery, and she will step in at the right time. With this plan, Arambhi will become the worst mother and doctor. Avantika shares her plan with Vishwas, saying that she wants to frame Arambhi in Kunika’s surgery and ruin her career.
Kunika asks Arambhi if there are any problems in her practice. Arambhi says she is ready to face any problems and thanks Kunika because her practice started because of her support. Kunika asks Arambhi to call her Dadi instead of Kunika. Arambhi agrees and asks why she did not inform her grandson about the injury. Kunika says he went to Dubai, and she does not want to disturb him since Arambhi is with her. Kunika says she wishes Raj gets married to a girl like Arambhi. Arambhi says it will happen, so she should not worry. She takes Kunika’s blessings as it is her first case to handle.
Avantika calls Dimple and says she has found out a secret about Manmeet. She says she has sent the details to her and now Dimple can control Manmeet like a puppet. Dimple thanks her. Avantika says there is no need for thanks because they are family. Dimple asks Avantika not to tell anyone, and says she will execute her plan and bring Raj back home. Avantika agrees and cuts the call. Avantika thinks that now she will ruin Arambhi’s life and career. Arambhi comes there. Avantika tells her that Kunika is the trustee of the hospital and asks her to handle the case carefully.
