The episode starts with Arambhi praying to God to help her save Vihaan and Kunika. Soundarya comes there and wishes Arambhi all the best for her first surgery. She leaves. Arambhi writes a note to Kunika asking her to deny the surgery, saying that she is being blackmailed into ruining the surgery, her son has been kidnapped, and she is in trouble. She prays for someone to help her. Dhruv calls Kuldeep from the airport and learns that his dadi, Kunika, is in the hospital. Arambhi places the chit inside the holy thread to give to Kunika. Avantika comes to Arambhi and tells her to come to the hospital on time to handle Kunika’s surgery, saying she knows Arambhi can handle it well. Avantika thinks to herself that she knows Arambhi will spoil the surgery and that she will save Kunika at the last moment. They leave for the hospital.
Kunika tells Avantika that she feels today’s surgery will be successful because Arambhi is performing it. Arambhi tells Kunika to ask her if she has any questions. Kunika says she trusts her and has no doubts. Radhika sees Arambhi’s missed calls and calls her back. Arambhi goes aside to attend the call, saying it’s her mother’s call. Arambhi asks Radhika to trace the location of the number she is sending with the help of her police friend and tells her not to ask any questions. Radhika agrees. Arambhi returns to Kunika and sees that Avantika is not there, so she sends the nurse away. Kunika asks Arambhi why she looks tense. Arambhi says she is nervous because it’s her first surgery, and she gives Kunika flowers and the holy thread. Kunika takes them. Arambhi thinks she wishes Kunika would read the note, but it slips from Kunika’s hand. Avantika comes there.
Vihaan decides not to give up and recalls his mother’s words that he might find a solution nearby to escape. Vihaan notices broken glass shards, cuts the ropes using one of them, and escapes from captivity after seeing the goon asleep. Avantika asks Arambhi why she hasn’t taken Kunika to the operating theatre yet and asks what the packet is. Arambhi prays to God not to let Avantika see the note. Kuldeep comes there and tells them not to start the surgery because Dhruv sir is coming and asks them to wait for an hour. Avantika says doctors decide the surgery timing, not Dhruv. She asks Arambhi to decide.
The goon wakes up and sees that Vihaan has escaped. He rushes out to search for him. Kunika asks Arambhi to start the surgery and takes the chit packet. She says Dhruv will ask many questions if he comes there. Arambhi says they should wait and let him ask questions, and she will answer him. Avantika insists on starting the surgery. She receives a call from the kidnapper informing her that Vihaan has escaped. Avantika thinks that Vihaan knows Arambhi’s number, and she needs to switch off Arambhi’s phone so Vihaan cannot contact her. Otherwise, her plan will fail, and if something happens to Vihaan, Vishwas will kill her. She turns and sees Arambhi standing behind her. Arambhi asks if they can wait for Dhruv’s arrival and then start the surgery. Avantika refuses, saying they don’t know when the next operating room slot will be available. She tells the team to switch off their phones and place them in a basket before the surgery. Arambhi thinks that Radhika may message her. She doesn’t understand what to do. Vihaan runs onto the road and doesn’t know where to go. Avantika orders Arambhi to switch off her phone and place it in the basket like everyone else. Arambhi feels conflicted.

Precap: Aarambhi tries to save Vihaan from the goon when he pushes Vihaan off the building. Aarambhi pulls Vihaan back, but she falls off the building instead. Aarambhi hangs onto a green safety net while Vihaan shouts for help.
Dhruv sees Aarambhi hanging for her life. He rushes there and rescues her. Vihaan hugs Dhruv and says he is the real-life hero in Aarambhi’s life.
Our Take:
This episode maintained strong suspense from start to finish with Arambhi being emotionally trapped between saving her son and protecting Kunika during the surgery. The hidden note track and Vihaan’s escape sequence kept the tension high, while Avantika’s manipulative behaviour made the drama even more intense. The precap stood out as the biggest highlight because Dhruv rescuing Aarambhi and Vihaan calling him the “real-life hero” added emotional depth and excitement for the upcoming episode.
