The episode starts with Avantika feeling relieved as Raj didn’t hear that she was behind Vihaan’s kidnapping. Vishwas calls Aarambhi reckless. Raj comes there and tries to take a stand for Aarambhi. Dimple asks him to stop supporting his bhabhi and says that she risked Vihaan’s life and didn’t tell them about his kidnapping. Kuldeep calls Kunika and tells her that Vihaan and Aarambhi are fine. Kunika feels happy. Vishwas says Aarambhi risked both Vihaan’s and patient Kunika’s lives. Kunika comes there and takes a stand for Aarambhi, saying that Aarambhi saved both her and her son. She says the kidnapper asked Aarambhi to take her life in exchange for saving her son, but Aarambhi smartly saved both of them. Vishwas asks Aarambhi why she didn’t tell them about it. Aarambhi says the kidnapper used to follow her and send threatening messages, so she couldn’t tell anyone even though she tried. Sunil asks what is happening in their home and hospital. Dimple says it is all because of Aarambhi’s ego. Aarambhi says someone targeted her, so why can’t they understand that? Kunika supports Aarambhi. Vishwas says Aarambhi is partly right, but not completely, and they need to take action against her because if anything goes wrong, they could lose Vihaan, Kunika Ji, and the hospital’s reputation. Aarambhi says she had no other option, but Vishwas doesn’t listen and forcefully holds her hand and drags her away.
A patient’s family learns that a daughter has been born. The family gets excited upon hearing the news. Dhruv tells the family that they should celebrate, and he dances with them. Vishwas arrives there with Aarambhi. Vishwas sees the celebration and wonders what is going on. He takes Aarambhi away from the corridor. Aarambhi tells Vishwas that he is hurting her. Vishwas asks Aarambhi to bear the pain, saying that they have suffered a lot because of her. Dhruv witnesses this. He trips Vishwas, and Aarambhi is about to fall, but Dhruv catches her. Dhruv and Aarambhi stare into each other’s eyes.
Dhruv talks to Aarambhi. Vishwas asks Dhruv who he is. Aarambhi tells Vishwas that everyone is watching. Vishwas says they should watch and that everyone should know the punishment for making a mistake. Vishwas asks Dhruv to stay away, saying that this is a matter between him and Aarambhi. Vishwas again tries to drag Aarambhi out of the hospital. Dhruv holds Aarambhi’s hand and stops Vishwas. Vishwas argues with Dhruv.
Kunika tells Dimple that she shouldn’t behave like that with Aarambhi and reminds her that Aarambhi saved both her and Vihaan. Dimple asks Aarambhi not to get involved in their family matter. Sunil tries to stop their argument. A person comes to Kunika and informs her that the DC has arrived. Kunika says their family matter has now become a hospital matter.
Vishwas asks Dhruv who he is. Dhruv says he is the DC and asks Vishwas who he is. Vishwas says he is the owner of the hospital. Vishwas tells Dhruv that he can do whatever he wants in the hospital and no one, not even Dhruv, can stop him. Dhruv introduces himself properly as the DC to Vishwas. Dhruv asks Vishwas not to behave as if he hasn’t already been informed about him.
Dhruv asks Aarambhi what is going on. Aarambhi tells Dhruv that they are trying to solve a crisis. Dhruv comments on the situation, saying that Vishwas is dragging her out of the hospital while she claims they are solving a crisis. Dhruv asks Aarambhi if she is defending her husband. Aarambhi says no. Aarambhi asks Vishwas to go inside and talk, but Vishwas says he doesn’t want to speak with her.
Vishwas grabs Dhruv by the collar and comments on him. Dhruv fights back and makes Vishwas fall to his knees. Aarambhi asks Dhruv how he could attack a doctor and says he cannot do that. Dhruv asks Aarambhi in which medical rulebook it is written that a doctor can attack someone, but the other person cannot fight back.
The Tandon family comes to Vishwas and stops him from fighting Dhruv. Dimple asks Dhruv how dare he raise his hand against her son. Dimple tries to attack Dhruv, but he ducks. Dimple stumbles, and Raj catches her. Dhruv tells Aarambhi that he didn’t attack Dimple; he simply ducked.
Vihaan sees Dhruv and hugs him. Vihaan explains to the Tandon family how Dhruv rescued Aarambhi from a falling building.
Dhruv asks Vishwas why he doesn’t look happy after learning that his wife has been saved. Vishwas thinks that if Aarambhi had died, all of his problems would have been solved. Vishwas calls security to throw Dhruv out of the hospital, but Sunil stops him. Sunil later greets Dhruv as Mr. Chawla, and only then does Vishwas realize who Dhruv really is.

Our Take: Today’s episode strongly highlighted Aarambhi’s emotional struggle as she was blamed despite risking her life to save both Vihaan and Kunika. Vishwas’s harsh behavior and public humiliation of Aarambhi felt extremely unfair, making viewers sympathize with her even more. Dhruv’s heroic entry, his fearless stand against Vishwas, and the growing emotional connection between him and Aarambhi became the biggest highlights of the episode. The episode also subtly showed Vishwas’s dark mindset when he thought Aarambhi’s death would solve his problems, which may become a major turning point in the story ahead.
