The episode starts with Vishwas feeding food to Vihaan. He asks Vihaan to finish his milk as well. Vihaan receives a call from Avantika, so he goes aside and answers it. Avantika angrily asks how he dared to cut her call earlier and says that he hurt Saniya. Vishwas replies that she does not know the situation he is in. Avantika says she does not care and warns him not to call her again, then disconnects the call.
Vihaan asks Vishwas if it was his mother’s call. Meanwhile, Vihaan accidentally drops the milk glass and it breaks. Vishwas shouts at him and asks him to go inside. Vihaan is about to step on the broken glass pieces, but Vishwas stops him and scolds him, saying he cannot even do simple work properly, just like his mother. He then tells him not to step there as he might get hurt and sends him away.
Raj arrives home and parks his car. Manmeet forcefully takes Raj to the garden and shows him Aarambhi, who is crying. Manmeet tells him that no one in his family cares about Aarambhi and that his mother threw his bhabhi out of the house. She says his family never supported Aarambhi and asks him to decide whether he wants to support his bhabhi this time or not. She further says that if he does not stand by Aarambhi, then he should never marry anyone because he does not respect women.
Aarambhi does not notice Raj. On a video call with Rachna, Aarambhi says she will beg the family to let her return to the house for the sake of her son Vihaan, even though no one cares for her. Raj steps forward and tells her that she does not need to beg anyone. He wipes her tears and says that it is her house and no one can stop her from entering.
Meanwhile, Dimple starts acting dramatically, saying she does not even want to drink water. Nandita supports her in this drama. Dimple says she is the reason for all the problems in the house. Vishwas asks his mother not to blame herself. Dimple then says she made a mistake by bringing Aarambhi into Vishwas’s life. Vishwas thinks this is the right time to tell his mother that he wants to divorce Aarambhi.
At that moment, Raj arrives with Aarambhi and supports her. Dimple declares that she cannot allow Aarambhi to enter the house. Raj asks why. Aarambhi replies that her name is not on the nameplate, which is why she stayed away, but if she made a mistake, she is ready to accept punishment. However, she requests them not to throw her out because she has the right to stay there for her son.
Dimple refuses to listen. Raj takes a strong stand and says that if Aarambhi is forced to leave, then he will leave the house as well. Everyone is shocked. Raj says Vihaan deserves to have his mother with him, otherwise his own mother will lose him too. Dimple angrily calls Aarambhi disgusting. Aarambhi replies that the real disgusting act was when Dimple slapped her in front of her son. She says Dimple may be stubborn for her son, but she is also stubborn about staying there for her son Vihaan.
Raj asks Aarambhi to go inside, and she enters the house. Vishwas thinks to himself that today was the perfect opportunity to get rid of Aarambhi, but it was wasted.
Aarambhi goes to Vihaan’s room and they hug each other happily. Vihaan apologizes to his mother. Raj brings food and feeds both Vihaan and Aarambhi. Aarambhi becomes emotional and later comes out of Vihaan’s room.
She sees Dimple and decides to apologize for Vihaan’s sake. She says sorry to Dimple. Dimple coldly replies that Aarambhi is still in the house only because Vishwas loves her. If he did not love her, she would have thrown Aarambhi out forever and she would not even get Vihaan’s custody. She calls Aarambhi a nobody and walks away.
Aarambhi thinks to herself that Vishwas does not love her, and if Dimple finds out the truth about their relationship, they might snatch Vihaan away from her. She decides that Dimple should not learn the truth about her relationship with Vishwas until she becomes strong enough to fight for Vihaan’s custody.
Later, Vishwas comes to Aarambhi and says he wants to talk to her. Aarambhi says Vihaan is sleeping on her lap so she cannot move. Vishwas starts his fake act of apologizing. He says he has not been a good husband and regrets not supporting her when she needed him. He even says he abandoned her earlier and left her to die without donating his kidney. Aarambhi asks him not to cry. Vishwas holds her hand and says he is not worthy of her but asks for another chance, promising to stand by her forever.
Suddenly, Aarambhi wakes up and realizes it was just a dream. She tells herself to stop hoping that Vishwas will come back to her, otherwise she will be heartbroken again. Soon, she receives a message from Vishwas saying he is at the hospital for work. Aarambhi calls the hospital and learns that Vishwas is not there. She realizes he must be with Avantika.
Meanwhile, Vishwas celebrates Holi with Saniya. He apologizes for being busy the previous day and asks her not to be upset. Saniya hugs him and says she does not want to punish him. Avantika happily says that soon Saniya will call Vishwas “Dad,” and they can all live together as a family.
Back home, Vihaan refuses to go to school, but Aarambhi convinces him lovingly. Raj arrives and playfully says he will apply color to his bhabhi first during Holi. Vihaan says the angel wings do not suit Aarambhi, but a stethoscope suits her because she is a “doctor of hearts.” Vihaan also tells her that Soundarya lost her job and needs money. Aarambhi decides to help her.
At the dining table, Aarambhi apologizes again to Dimple. She requests permission to call Soundarya back to work as she is a good cook. Dimple reluctantly agrees but says she does not want Vihaan to play with Soundarya’s son. Aarambhi agrees.
Mr. Tandon asks Dimple to arrange a Holi party at home. Aarambhi takes responsibility for organizing it and says she will go out for some work and return by evening. Dimple feels Aarambhi is finally behaving properly again.
At the hospital, Dimple and Nandita discuss Aarambhi and wonder what their second daughter-in-law will be like. Manmeet passes by them but leaves, saying she has work. Dimple and Nandita secretly plan to make Manmeet leave the hospital soon. Avantika meets them there, and they invite her to the Holi party at their house. She agrees.
Meanwhile, Aarambhi notices that Soundarya has injuries. Soundarya admits that her husband hit her. Aarambhi offers to treat her wounds and gives her first aid. Soundarya praises Aarambhi and encourages her, saying she will become a great doctor.
At the hospital, Raj tells his team about a patient who wants to remove a scar caused by domestic abuse because it reminds her of her painful marriage. Some interns mock the patient’s appearance, which Manmeet overhears. She scolds them for making fun of someone’s trauma and warns them never to disrespect women or their struggles.
Later, Aarambhi checks Kanika’s health and confirms that her blood pressure and sugar levels are stable. Kanika thanks her for taking good care of her and even checks marriage profiles for her grandson, asking Aarambhi if she has a sister. Aarambhi smiles.
Kanika thanks Aarambhi for the homemade gujia she prepared. Kuldeep then gives Aarambhi a cheque as payment for taking good care of Kanika. Aarambhi feels extremely happy as it is her first salary.
