A horror film has limited audience, what attracted you to agree?
I agree that horror films have limited audience but there are very strong. We did a survey and many people agree on horror movies. My role here is a Ghost Hunter. It is quiet interesting and I think it will be liked by the audience.
Tell us something about your role in SAANSEIN
My character name is C.K Bir. He is basically a professor. He mixes the knowledge of science and religions. You have to watch the movie to see if he can catch the ghost or something else happens in the movie!!
Do you think your role is similar of Asutosh Rana in Raaz?
There will be comparison but styles, execution and management differs.
Your movie has been postponed due to demonetization. Do you feel confident about the success of this movie?
Producers did a right decision to postpone the release.We would have gone into losses if released now. Hoping all to be fine.
Your movie will be released along with Shahrukh – Alia starrer Dear Zindigi, what do you feel?
Shahrukh Khan is the King of Bollywood.There is no comparison between me and him. Moreover both the movies have their own types of audiences.
What is unique in SAANSEIN
Normally, in these type of movies there are scenes which are not OK for everybody like kids. But this is a family film. The whole family can sit together and enjoy. You will notice perfect mix of horror, thrill, romance and music.
Rajeev is an award winning director and writer, how is the experience working with him?
It was really a wonderful experience working with him. He was very clear on what is his need like all the songs were completed just in a month.
 Do you think the gap between TV and Bollywood actors is reducing?
Yes they are. Now TV actors and Bollywood actors are more focused on character roles so they may interchange.
What is the first horror movie you watched?
The first horror movie that I watched was Evil Dead. It’s a film that I can watch many times.
