According to industry sources, the channel is now planning the return of its adventure-based reality franchise Khatron Ke Khiladi, which is reportedly set to make a comeback with Season 15th in January.
As per reports, initial internal discussions have already taken place, and the makers have begun the process of shortlisting potential contestants for the upcoming season. The new season is expected to go on floors soon, with the scouting and casting phase likely to intensify in the coming weeks.
Earlier this year, Khatron Ke Khiladi 15 was reportedly put on hold due to internal disagreements and issues involving copyright arrangements between the format holder Banijay and Colors TV. However, sources suggest that all conflicts have now been resolved, paving the way for the show’s revival. The production and legal teams have reportedly finalized the revised terms, allowing the show to proceed smoothly.
Host and filmmaker Rohit Shetty is expected to continue his long-standing association with the show, bringing back his signature action-packed style and high-adrenaline stunts.
