Actors Shagun Pandey who appeared in top shows that includes ‘Tujhse Hai Raabta’, ‘Subharambh’, ‘Santoshi Maa’ among the others is currently gracing the screen as ‘Meet Ahlawat in Zee TV show ‘Meet’. Since ‘Meet’ is the actor first show as a lead, thus we asked him how he felt when he was approached to play the lead. In an exclusive conversation with us Shagun Pandey quoted “I never knew I will get a work , so the characters I have done so far I am the ‘Hero’ in it. I have all the charima and style which any hero will have. Every character I play is equally important for me”.
In the show ‘Meet’ both the leads are playing the title role, what is an interesting take behind this idea?
Elaborating the same, Shagun Pandey revealed just not to show gender equality the leads are playing the title role. Instead makers have planned to bring slight comical presence on the show keeping the same name which you will get when you will watch the show.
Moving on, how well you bond with your co-star Ashi Singh.
Talking about the same, Shagun told us that ‘Ashi Singh’ works very organically and naturally. You need to do preparation to work with Ashi else you will fade away in front of her. She is very good.
Since you have worked with Alisha Panwar too in ‘Blind Love’ tell us your experience working with her?
Alisha is very bubbly and fan fact about her is I have auditioned Panwar when she visited Chandigarh for her audition. Alisha knows her craft and vibes with her is very good. Revealing about ‘Blind Love’, “there will be surprising element in the upcoming season of the short film”.
