The episode starts with Pakh’s family coming to meet Meera. A FB shows Prema pleading with Sameer to accept Meera’s demand as she’s worried that they harm Shanaya. Meera says to Dadi that she got two more servants to this house. She says to them to maintain well the house. She removes Pakhi and Agastya photo that’s hanging on the wall and breaks it. She walks over it.
There’s a leap of six months. Meera and Yug have come to the mental hospital to see Agastya. The latter is hidden under the bed and refuses to come out. Meera shows a chocolate and calls him out. Agastya gets excited on seeing his favorite nuts chocolate and comes out. He says that he is good boy and begs Meera to give him his favorite chocolate. Meera says to Agastya to do the way she had taught him. Agastya gets on his knees and opens his mouth. Meera throws the chocolate bites on his mouth. Agastya gets happy like a kid. He asks why Meera isn’t coming to meet her daily with his favorite chocolate. Meera says that Agastya is disobedience. She asks why he didn’t get injected. Agastya asks for oral medicine. Meera asks what the punishment for the disobedience kids. Agastya says that electric shocks. Meera says that she is trying to save him from that. Agastya cries and says that he is good kid and begs to tell them to not give him electric shocks. The ward boys drag Agastya to give him electric shocks.
Sameer wakes up and sees that there’s no water to drink in the pot. Mona wakes up and she wakes up Dadi and Naveli too. Prema is cleaning the floor. She collides with Meera accidentally and the latter falls down. Meera gets angry throws the water over Prema. She calls out Mona and says to not give food to Prema today. She asks Dadi to clean the water from her slipper. Dadi obeys. Naveli and Mona get ready to go to the college. Meera warns them to not make any mistake in the household works else she will stop their study. Yug arrives and tells Meera the doctor from the mental hospital phoned and asked them to come there. Sameer arrives and says to Meera that her car is ready. Meera says that he is late and says that he won’t get food either.
Dadi requests Sameer to see Agastya and find out how he is as he is the only person can do this. She can’t go out and bodyguard follows Naveli. Sameer says that Agastya is responsible for Pakhi’s death and he doesn’t care even if he dies. In the mental hospital, doctor says to Meera that he got transfer and the new doctor may not give Agastya the same treatment he is giving. He says that Agastya become kid as they gave him lot of shock treatments and overdose medicine. He says that Agastya can become normal if this treatment isn’t continued. Yug gets worried that their plan will failed. Meera reassures him that she will handle it.
Dadi prays to for Agastya. Prema comes to Dadi and says that she can never forgive Agastya for killing Pakhi, but being a mother she can understand her pain. Dadi says that Agastya didn’t kill Pakhi, but they don’t believe. She worries what Meera would have done with Agastya. Other hand Agastya is given shock treatment. Dadi prays to send an angel to save Agastya. Somewhere in a bar a girl, who looks like Pakhi is shown dancing. Her name is revealed as Bulbul. She argues with the man and collects the money for her dance in the bar.
