Jasmin Bhasin: My advice to everyone is to keep yourself hydrated, and if you can drink warm water then nothing can be better than that. I try to eat loads of fruits rather than drinking juices, so I eat a lot of papaya, pomegranate, cherries and apple, they keep your body healthy and provide a lot of vitamins to boost your immunity. Drink lemon juice too daily for immunity as it is a source of Vitamin C. It’s very important to keep your body healthy.

Shashank Vyas: I think eating right is essential for boosting your immunity. Because of the COVID situation, I have included a lot of greens in my diet, like spinach and broccoli. I also take a glass of warm water with lemon as soon as I get up. It is followed by a cup of green tea, but I don’t take plain water, I boil it with a little bit of ginger. And sometimes I have a kadha too. I think it’s quite essential to keep your body healthy especially looking at the current situation.

Khushboo Kamal: The first thing I do every morning is prepare kadha with some ginger, lemon, cinnamon, black pepper and honey. I have three-four glasses of it daily. Earlier I used to have it whenever I had a cold and cough, but because of the pandemic situation, I am having it daily. I also include lemon in my diet, like not just in water, but also on salads and fruits, it gives it a very nice flavor and also helps me build up stronger immunity.

Sharad Malhotra: Building up a stronger immunity has become quite necessary during this COVID pandemic. So, I take coconut water and eat plenty of citrus fruits and watermelons. I have also started taking four to five glasses of warm water daily and a glass or two of lemonade. I also take some dry fruits like dates and walnuts, just a little bit, not much, as it also helps with a stronger immune system.

Kettan Singh: Looking at the current pandemic situation and the increasing number of COVID-19 cases, I would advise everyone to stop drinking cold water, and instead have luke warm water, it relieves congestion and is also good for digestion. I sometimes even add to it and gargle, it soothes my throat. And fruits are important to my diet, I eat lot of fruits like oranges and musk melon.

Vivian Dsena: I have two cups of hot coffee, it keeps me warm and alert. It is also quite good for health as it encourages the immune system to battle illnesses. I strongly advise drinking coffee apart from including citrus fruits in your diet.
