The episode starts with Savi wondering why she heard Rajat’s message tone there. Inspectors enter the bus and are shocked to see Teju and Rajat’s lifeless bodies. Savi enters the bus and asks Vakti if they found any proof of identity near the bodies. Vakti replies that they are checking. She tries to stop Savi from seeing Rajat’s body, but Savi pushes past her to check for herself. Savi is devastated upon seeing Rajat and Teju’s bodies.
Savi says, “I’m feeling strange,” and asks Vakti to investigate further while she tries calling Rajat. She dials his number, and the phone rings near the body. Savi realizes the body belongs to Rajat and breaks down, screaming his name. She begs Rajat to open his eyes. Vakti reminds her not to touch the body, citing protocol. Savi cries, “He’s not a body, he’s my husband.” Vakti pulls her away. In tears, Savi says she had just spoken to Rajat before coming on duty. The inspector mentions that there’s a car near the bus that seems to belong to Rajat. Vakti adds, “I don’t understand what that woman was doing with Rajat.”
Dr. Surwa meets Neil at the hospital and says, “You came for physiotherapy, but you’re working instead. You still need rest.” Neil replies that he can’t rest until he finds Teju. Surwa says, “Teju is a complicated chapter of your life.” Neil says, “She’s not just a chapter—she taught me how to live. Once I find her, I’ll tell her how much I love her and solve everything. I won’t let us be separated again.” Surwa asks if he’s met her. Neil replies that she will come tonight, and he will meet her. Surwa nods in agreement.
While leaving the hospital, Neil sees Teju’s dead body with a gunshot wound to her head. He is shattered. Surwa tells Jeetu that Neil is still recovering and should stay home and rest for a few days. Neil tries to wake Teju. Surwa and Jeetu arrive and ask what happened. Neil insists Teju is fine and pleads with her to wake up. Jeetu tries to console him, saying Teju is no more. Neil says, “You always warned me not to be late, but I was, Chachu.” As the police attempt to take Teju’s body, Neil stops them and fills her hair partition with sindoor.
Savi also arrives at the hospital and remembers Rajat’s last call. The police take Teju’s body to the morgue. Savi enters the room and asks Rajat, “Who will answer my questions now?” She pleads with him to open his eyes one last time. The staff asks her to leave, and she does. Vakti informs Savi that the girl’s name was Teju, wife of Neil Pradhan, who works at the hospital. She adds that Neil is also in shock. Savi wonders why Rajat went there that night. Vakti offers to inform Bhagyashree, but Savi declines.
The next day, Savi goes home and hugs Bhagyashree, crying. Bhagyashree asks if she was fired from her job. Savi says no, then mentions Rajat’s name. Bhagyashree says she’ll call him and notices that Nidhi is with the kids and Rajat is not at home. Savi takes her aside and tells her that Rajat is no more. Nidhi and Sai overhear and are shocked. Bhagyashree collapses in grief. Sai asks why her dad left and why Dadi is crying. She tells them not to cry. Savi takes her inside. Tara’s husband sees the news of Rajat’s murder, and Bhagyashree cries on hearing it.
The Pradhan family watches the news about the double murder. Alok asks Neil if he knew about Teju’s murder. Leena and Nandini criticize Teju even in death, questioning what she was doing with a businessman at night. Manjari tells them to stop speaking ill of the dead. Jeetu also asks them to stop badmouthing Teju. Neil sees the media presenting false information and turns off the TV. Leena comments again, and an enraged Neil breaks the television. The family tries to calm him down, but Neil warns them to stop.
Bhushan asks if Neil has gone mad. Neil says, “You all are mad! Teju is gone, and you still talk nonsense about her without knowing the truth.” Leena says they know Teju went to Rithu Raj’s room to spend the night. Neil warns her to stop. He admits he asked Teju to leave that day because he didn’t trust the family and wasn’t in a condition to take care of her. “I wanted to start a new life with her, and now she’s dead,” he says. Bhushan calls Teju a bad woman. Neil defends her, saying Rithu Raj framed her and she was innocent.
Rithu Raj mocks Neil, asking if he trusts “that shameless Teju” over him. Neil pins him to the wall. The family separates them. Neil warns everyone not to speak against Teju and leaves. Nandini remarks, “I don’t know why Neil is defending Teju so strongly.”

Precap: Savi warns the inspector not to question her husband’s character and asks them to investigate the girl, suggesting she might be the one at fault. Neil arrives and tells them not to point fingers at his wife’s character.
