Episode begins with Agastya looking outside of the hospital cabin to check if they can go out of the room safely or not. After a while he says to Guddan that the road is clear for them to go and he takes out Guddan in a wheelchair and wears a mask himself. However, after a point a random nurse comes and says she is our patient Guddan Birla and enquires about the nurse. Agastya changes his voice and says I am the head nurse of her personally appointed by Pushpa Birla so if you want you can check yourself.
The nurse asks them to stop while she will get it checked from reception people about her registration. While she is calling the reception she is looking at Guddan and Agastya constantly, Agastya asks Guddan to run away from there and he also runs with her holding her hand while the hospital staff are running behind them.They reached at the corridor end and hides behind a pillar when Choti Guddan asks him now how will we run since they are just behind us and will reach here at any time.
Agastya asks her to remind how they escaped together in their childhood and he brings out some marble balls and spreads them on the floor and the people who are coming towards them skit on it and falls on the floor meanwhile Guddan says to Agastya that she can not run anymore as she is getting tired and keeps her hand on her stomach and Agastya grabs a stretcher and makes her sit on it and goes away from there.
However the hospital staff and security are still running behind them in hope to get hold of them and Choti thinks she needs to do something as soon as possible. She gets hold of the saline bottle attached with the stretcher and sprinkles it on them and they couldn’t see properly and finally Agastya and Guddan are successful in running away from there. Niya comes to the room of Agastya where Mani is sleeping in his place. Niya tries to come close to him and he is thinking why she is getting desperate and purposely trying to come close and hope for Agastya to return back home as soon as possible.
Niya is trying to come close to him and he falls from the bed in a way to avoid her and gets caught. Pushpa gets to know that Agastya is not at home and Agastya comes back with Guddan but Pushpa caught him red handed. He tries to explain that she will feel better with her family and husband and not without them so if they keep on trying to send her back to the asslyum then it will do no good to her health and to the child.
Guddan asks for sorry in front of all and admitted that she is unwell and says she will try to control herself and whatever she did without her knowledge is something she doesnt mean and she wants Pushpa to forgive her daughter-in-law because she is younger to her and made a mistake unwillingly. Pushpa and Niya get trapped in their own game and they had to accept Guddan back in the house. Choti thinks she has to go with the flow as of now to come in secure position first until then she has to pretend that she is unwell and needs treatment.
Later Agstya and Guddan spent some cute and romantic moments with each other in their room. Next morning Niya and Pushpa are discussing how their entire game got them at the end and they are going to get trapped in their own game. Saraswati and Sona come and ask them to think of something as soon as possible or else Choti Guddan will be successful in whatever she wants to do. She has done her job almost in fact.
Pushpa thinks that to stop Choti Guddan she has to kill her mother then Choti will lose her mental sanity for real and she will be successful in her plan. Suddenly to their shock they noticed that the senior Guddan is standing in front of them and Pushpa thinks how she is free and roaming outside freely. Guddan comes in front of them and just smiles while Pushpa thinks if Agastya notices her then the entire game of her will be destroyed.
