By Anil Merani: Namit Khanna, a handsome actor who has previously appeared in TV shows such as Yeh Pyaar Nahi Toh Kya Hai and Sanjivani, is now trying his luck in a web film called Guilt 3 on Shemaroo.
Not much is known about Guilt 3 except that it is directed by Satish Bhat and is full of emotions. According to a source, Namit has done an excellent job and has emerged as a talented actor.
If Guilt 3, a promising project that stars Sara Khan, Navina Bole, and Mir Sarwar, performs well, it could potentially unlock new horizons for Namit in both the OTT and cine worlds, sparking hope for his future in the entertainment industry.
Compared to female TV actors who have successfully crossed over to cinema, the number of male artists is fewer. Hopefully, Namit is one more addition to this limited talent pool.
Namit made his acting debut when Vikram Bhatt cast him in the web series Twisted along with Nia Sharma.
Had Sanjivani done well, Namit would have already been inundated with TV offers. There was hardly any chatter about his other TV outing, Yeh Pyaar Nahi Toh Kya Hai.
An insider said he knows his craft and adds gravitas to the scene. However, Lady Luck has evaded him so far, the source added.
Besides his acting skills, Namit has the required good looks and personality. It’s no wonder he was 17th on a Top 20 Most Desirable Men on Indian Television list back in 2019.
Guilt 3 could be a pivotal point in Namit’s career, potentially making or breaking his trajectory. As a 38-year-old actor, time is of the essence for him, adding a sense of anticipation for the audience to see how this film shapes his future.
