Ieshaan Sehgaal, who has currently moved base to Dubai, speaks on life there, his real estate business, and the entertainment industry.

  1. So, Ieshaan, what has been keeping you busy?

Real estate, yes, you hear it right real estate has been keeping me pretty occupied and busy, and I have no complaints as it gives me the space to do more than just that as well.

  1. We heard you moved to Dubai; don’t you think that could affect your work back in the city?

Well, for me, I am just on the right track—the track that I chose, the track I always wanted to be on. As a kid, I wanted to be an actor, and as I grew up, I realized I have a lot of potential and I can become a businessman and an actor as well.

It won’t affect my work, as I am very choosy with the kinds of projects I want to do.

  1. What’s been happening in life lately? Fill us in.

So basically, I am a part of one of the most renowned real estate companies in Dubai. I work as the director here, and I work very closely with Mr. Ankur Aggarwal, who is the chairman and founder of the company. At this point I am working with the top brands in the work and the top people that I always wanted to collaborate with. God has been kind, and my journey is going great.

  1. What next?

Next I will be announcing the top brand I have locked for the real estate company that I work with. It’s a very well-known international brand, and we will be announcing it soon.

  1. We heard about your few international projects as well. Tell us more about them.

Yes, lately I shot for an international magazine, and I shot it with Miss Universe Bahrain. It’s a UAE-based magazine, and I am am shooting for another international brand, which you will be seeing too.
