SONY TV’s one of the most iconic show CID is back and honestly, we cannot wait to watch it. Just few hours are left for the show to go on-air but it’s difficult to wait as the excitement level is too high. With CID back with the OG cast, it feels as if our childhood is back and the feeling is just so surreal to describe in words.

With CID back, Indian Idol’s time slot has changed as well. Indian Idol used to air at 9pm on every Saturday and Sunday but from tonight, it will air at 8:30pm while CID will go on-air at 10pm, right after Indian Idol.

As far as we know, SONY TV has been taken over by new management and the changes are visible. The classic shows of the channel like Bade Achhe Lagte Hain season 1 is being re-run and as per the reports, Jennifer Winger’s Beyhadh might soon get a re-run as well.

Currently , the season 15 of Indian Idol is the top rated show on the channel and with the new strategies in, SONY TV might soon make it to the list of Top 5 channels.

If reports are to be believed, Balaji Telefilms might launch five new shows on the channel with it’s iconic on-screen couples and believe us, if it happens, it will the ultimate game changer. Well, it’s just rumours as of now but hoping, it turns out to be true because who would not want to watch their favourite jodis back on their television screens?!
