The episode starts with the doctor checking upon Adrija. Anurag asks the doctor what happened to Adrija. The latter suggests taking Adrija to the hospital. One of the guest insist to take Adrija to the hospital, but Harman says he will help Sen’s. The guests start blaming Meghla for Adrija’s state. They also tell the consequences Bajwa’s has to face it. Meghla pleads with everyone to pray for Adrija’s recovery. The guests badly criticise Meghla for snatching Adrija’s happiness from her. Also, they blame for not caring for Adrija but now putting up an act in front of everyone. Both Chandan and Anurag make a request to the guests to return to their house. The guests refuse to leave. Simran scolds Adrija’s friend for her commands about Adrija’s state.
Chandan requests the guests not to pressurise Meghla by accusing her of Adrija’s state. Mahua taunts Chandan for his concern for Meghla. Meghla gets hurt. Anurag requests Meghla not to take Mahua’s words to heart because her mental health isn’t right. Both Harman and Param take a stand for Meghla, saying that after Adrija’s approval, only they all proceeded with Ranbir-Meghla’s wedding. Mahua gets furious hearing it.
The doctor suggests that Chandan take Adrija immediately to the hospital so that they can do the needful to save her. Harman insists on helping Sen’s, but Mahua refuses to take his help. Also, she rebukes Bajwa’s along with Meghla. Anurag requests Mahua to let him help, but Mahua refuses to take his help, too. Also, she badly criticises Anurag’s care for Meghla. Meghla gets upset. Mahua insists their neighbours to help her take Adrija to the hospital. Just then, Ranbir arrives there. Mahua shouts at him, so Harman asks Mahua not to insult Ranbir. Mahua refuses also she unleashes her anger on Ranbir for Adrija’s state. Chandan requests Ranbir not to take Mahua’s words to heart. Also, he suggests meeting Adrija in the hospital if he wants to. But Mahua firmly declines Chandan’s suggestion to Ranbir. She also takes Adrija to the car with the help of their guests.
After Mahua leaves with Adrija and guests, Ranbir assures Meghla that he won’t marry her without Adrija’s consent. He also firmly tells Meghla that he won’t marry anyone except her. Anurag assures Ranbir that Adrija will recover for sure. Ranbir decides to go to the hospital, but Harman stops him. Ranbir refuses to stay back, fearing Mahua will file a case on him. Outside, Mahua refuses to let both Chandan and Meghla accompany her to the hospital. Chandan gets frustrated with Mahua’s behaviour. Ranbir requests Meghla to let her parents handle this situation as he can’t see her getting insulted. Mahua taunts both Ranbir and Meghla, and then she leaves with Adrija to the hospital. Param suggests to Meghla to reach the hospital in Ranbir’s car, but the latter refuses. So Simran advises Meghla, and then she leaves.
Meghla vents out her anger and frustration with Ranbir for everything she has to go through because of his stubbornness. Later, Mahua gets furious seeing Meghla reaching the hospital with Ranbir, so she scolds Meghla. Simran takes Meghla’s side. Mahua gets annoyed. She tells everyone about her decision to move out of Sen’s house with Adrija shocking everyone.
Precap: Both Ranbir and Meghla decide to call off their wedding for Adrija. Later, Adrija insists that Ranbir marries Meghla. She thinks in her mind to make Ranbir’s life hell after the marriage.
