The episode starts with Chandan confronting Adrija for her act. Adrija pretends to be unaware of what Chandan is saying, which makes him furious, so he raises his hand on her. Everyone gets shocked. Chandan asks Adrija if Ranbir learns her truth, then what would’ve happened. He further vents out his frustration with Adrija for her behaviour. He also says that Meghla will never do something to hurt her, and she doesn’t deserve to call herself as a sister. He demands Adrija to go inside, saying that he doesn’t want to see her face ever. Adrija gets furious. She glares at Meghla and then leaves from there. Chandan apologises to Meghla for not trusting her. Meghla shares her worries with Chandan about Ranbir misunderstanding her. She pleads with Chandan to make Ranbir understand it’s not her who has called him. Chandan assures Meghla. They both share a hug.
At Bajwa’s house, Ranbir asks Zoravar the reason behind having an argument over inviting Abin. Zoravar indirectly taunts Meher. Balveer advises Zoravar. Zoravar defends himself. He continues his taunts towards Meher. Meher warns him, but Zoravar refuses to listen to her. Balveer insists Zoravar go to work. But Zoravar says that because of his hard work, Meher is living a luxurious life and doing whatever she wants. Ranbir questions Zoravar. Zoravar asks Ranbir not to misunderstand him. Ranbir gets annoyed by Zoravar’s insults, so he tells him Zoravar needs psychiatrist help. The entire family gets shocked. Zoravar says Meher is fooling everyone, and the family members are misunderstanding him. Ranbir gets furious, so he demands Zoravar to stop humiliating Meher in front of everyone who has taken care of the family members for years. He also asks Zoravar not to have private conversations in front of everyone. Meher says that even after all these years, he does not believe her. Zoravar taunts her again. He asks Param to accompany Meher to invite their relatives for the wedding. Also, he taunts Meher again using Abin’s name. Meher breaks down. Ranbir tried to console her.
Back at Sen’s house, the doctor checks up Meghla. She informs the family members that Meghla is weak because she didn’t have proper food. If this continues, then there must be a possibility of organ failure. Meghla’s parent’s gets shocked and worried. Chandan expresses his worries. Anurag advises the family members. The doctor instructs Sen’s to admit Meghla in the hospital. Adrija gets shocked. She tells Mahua that Meghla is faking her illness to spoil her wedding. Mahua warns Adrija. Adrija gets annoyed. She thinks herself Meghla is doing everything to snatch Ranbir from her, but Ranbir has chosen her. She looks proud of herself.
There, Diljot creates a scene over not inviting her husband to Ranbir’s wedding. Meher lies to Diljot, but the latter questions her for lying to her like other family members. She further says to Meher she can do as much as she wants from the family members, but Zoravar won’t give her the love, respect, and care she deserves it. Meher gets sad. Meanwhile, Mahua says that she thought Meghla had proper food. Chandan taunts her. He then decides to admit Meghla to the hospital under the doctor’s instructions. He scolds Mahua. Mahua gets upset. Later, on the way to the hospital, Chandan shares his worries with Anurag about his tough situation. He also decides to inform Ranbir about Meghla’s health, saying Ranbir is responsible for this.
Precap: Ranbir advises Meghla not to stress her parents for having a fight with someone. He also demands to meet that person, which confuses Meghla. Adrija, who hears their conversation, gets worried that her lie may get exposed.
