The episode starts with Ranbir telling the Sen family about having Punjab food, which is the best thing in the world. Adrija says even she loves Ranbir the most. Chandan questions Mahua about Adrija’s statement. Mahua defends Adrija. She also reminds him about the unpleasant experience Ranbir has to face because of the Bengali food earlier. Chandan laughs loudly, reminiscing about his mother’s words. Adrija questions Chandan for laughing loudly. Both Chandan and Mahua go inside. Ranbir insists Meghla to come inside who is lost in thought. Adrija uses that opportunity to criticise her badly. She also calls Meghla not a smart one. Ranbir defends Meghla, saying a person should have a pure heart. Adrija gets irked.
Ranbir praises also expresses his love for Punjab food to Meghla. He asks Meghla’s opinion about Punjab food. Meghla says that she has tried it a few times earlier. She loves rice. Adrija taunts Meghla. Meghla reminds Adrija that even she loves to have rice. Adrija gets annoyed, so she warns Meghla to stop insulting her. She then takes Meghla’s seat, so Meghla sits beside Adrija. Ranbir shares with his unpleasant experience that he has endured after having Bengali food. Mahua feels guilty. Meghla says to Ranbir that if he turns habitual having food, then he will enjoy it. But Ranbir opposes it, which makes Adrija happy.
Later, Ranbir asks the Sen family opinion about Punjab food to start having it. They all decide to choose the main course over starters and soups. Once Punjab food gets served, everyone starts having it. The Sen family suffers due to its spiciness, but Ranbir enjoys it. He then notices Chandan is coughing so bad. Also, he notices everyone is suffering, so he inquires them about their suffering. Mahua and Adrija try to manage the situation with their lies, but Chandan ends up saying the food is over spicy. Ranbir questions Adrija about her earlier statement. Adrija tries to convince him with her lies, but Ranbir doesn’t look convinced. Ranbir also tells Sen family that food isn’t spicy at all. Meghla gets shocked, so she questions him. Afterwards, the entire family decides to have a sweet first. Chandan teases Ranbir for giving them an unpleasant experience for what he had endured the previous day. Ranbir feels guilty. He expresses the same to the Sen family. He then again questions Adrija about her statement of loving Punjab food. Adrija tries to manage the situation with her lies, so Chandan intervenes and says they all should have one Punjab meal one time in a day. Adrija warns Chandan while Meghla says that she will do anything but won’t have Punjab food. Chandan laughs. He then assures Ranbir that the Punjab cuisines are indeed good.
At night, Meghla is seen practising a song alone. Ranbir goes there. Meghla point out the coincidence of always meeting each other when no one is around them. Ranbir informs her about leaving for Delhi the next day. He also apologises to Meghla for the unpleasant experience she has to go through, but Meghla assures it’s fine and adds these are the memories that will make them laugh in the future. She further says to Ranbir that she has loved spending time with him and that she will miss him. Ranbir also tells her that he will miss her too. Meghla smiles.
Precap: Mehar and the entire family persuade Ranbir to meet a girl whom they think as his prospective bride, but Ranbir refuses, saying that he likes a Bengali girl. Balraj, hearing Ranbir’s words, refuses to let Ranbir marry into a Bengali family.
