The episode starts with one bus entering into village. Conductor asks the passengers to get down from bus. Two couples and one little girl gets down from the bus. Two couples enquires to the people’s how to go to Boothatha Temple? One person question them why are they asking for that temple? No one dare to visit that temple in day time too. They are here to visit the temple at evening time that too on full moon day! They ignores their word and walks away his wife says Everyone making them scared. They are here to get baby but all are talking bad about that temple. Her husband says let’s go to Boopatha temple and pay a visit. One saint comes in front of them and blabbering about that temple. They gets scared and runs from there.
Saint is laughing like hell while shouting two mental are here. Little girl whom followed the couple thinks here is the temple she was searching for these many births. She wanna go there that temple and pray to that god at any cost. She is walking inside the forest. Those sounds inside the forest makes her scared. She is looking around nervously. She finally reached inside the temple and walking near it clearing all dust. Tree branches were blocked the statue there. She tries to clear it but temple bell starts to ring. That statue open the eyes and trues to attack her. But nothing happen to her. She doubts who is she? She shouts who are you why is she here?
That little girl asks to Indrasena doesn’t she recognizes her? She changes her true self. Seeing her Indrasena mentions her as mom. She complaints to her that she searched for her all places taking different birth. What happened to her? Why is she in this state?
Indrasena says to her she was in this state but she will turns to half human when full moon light fall on her. She tortures the human whom coming to temple to make her mom alert she is here. Indrasena mom questions her how will she release her from this curse? One solution is there. Adhisesan wife Sivagami has two daughters. Sivagami daughters blood wanna splash on her. One massive banglow shown. Ranganathan and his wife are discussing about Jyothi birthday celebration. His wife informs to him that Padmavathi gonna make Jyothi queen of this Rathnamalikai on her birthday. All peoples are shouting queen Jyothi wanna live long. Jyothi waves her hands to all. Padmavathi takes Jyothi to do pooja happily. All are throwing flowers on Jyothi and praises her. Priest are chanting the mantras near the snake hut. Priest asks Padmavathi to give key of Rathnamalikai to Jyothi and bless her. She nods. Just then snakes comes out and takes the key with it mouth and gives it to Jyothi. People’s starts praising her in happiness and bursts the crackers. Rangan dreamed of all. His wife asks him to stop dreaming. Jyothi asks him to stop mentioning her as queen and dreaming too. She leaves from there to work.
Rangan reminds that Sivagami got promise from him that he wanna hide Jyothi is her daughter till she reveals to all. He wanna Upbring her as his own daughter. Rangan prays to god that he wanna reveals the truth to all soon. His hands are tied with the promise. Soon jyothi wanna rule this Rathinamalikai.
Jyothi questions Rajasekaran why is he doing all these job here? Doesn’t he has servant to do all these work? He informs to Jyothi it’s his work so he wanna do it. Jyothi says he is Padmavathi son in law number one. He says Anirudh is number one here. He is the owner of this house. Vasumathi gives one gift to Jyothi. Chief servant brings some people to work there. Indrasena comes there and asks Jyothi to give some work to her. She informs to her she already gave work to all. Jyothi gives work to her in out of pity. Jyothi enters into enters into Sivagami’s room and notices the nuptial chain. She starts cleaning it. Rangam questions Jyothi what’s she doing here? She informs to him that she is cleaning the nuptial chain. Rangan complaints that she is always saying nuptial chain is here but he can’t able to see anything.Vaasu talking with someone in phone. Jyothi’s brother comes there and asks her to give egg to her. She questions him why did he need egg? He informs to her he wanna throw it on minister.
Vaasu asks Manasa to give way for grandpa. Grandpa sits there. Leelavathi complaints to Grandpa that Padmavathi is giving land for hospital it’s not fair. How could they take decision in own? Vasuki and her husband comes there. Leelavathi son gives respect to her but she stop him and sits in front of Vaasuki’s husband. Vaasuki’s husband leaves from there to bring Padmavathi. Vasumathi questions Leelavathi how dare she blame her husband as killer? Both starts argue each other while bringing past there.
Padmavathi comes there seeing her everyone gets up from their position. She advises to all that guests will reach here in few minutes. Don’t ruin the reputation of this Rathnamalikai. Nagarajan reaches there. Indrasena mom thinks all are going to meet misinster let’s use this situation to search the nuptial chain.
Nagarajan refuses to accept the rose garland from Rajasekaran. He says some lame jokes to him.
Rajasekaran asks Nagarajan to open the statue of the Narasimha. He nods and open it. Padmavathy informs to him its all Narasimhan properties. He has only one daughter Sivagami. She died in young age. Nagarajan questions them where is the gas? Nalla informs to him its in Kitchen! He forget the reason why he is here and blabbered. Jyothi stops her brother from throwing the egg on Nagarajan. Nagarajan assistant says to Padmavathy that they needs photo of them handovering land to Nagarajan. She nods to him. Nagarajan says let’s take photo from outside so that they can cover this bungalow also. Nagarajan stares Jyothi and complaints this house heir is standing aside. Padmavathi introduces Rangan and his family to Nagarajan. She adds thay are relatives of her. Leelavathi dislikes the way Padmavathi introducing servant family instead of them. Nagarajan takes everyone to out to take pictures. Jyothi family also wishes to go with them but Manasa stops them and says no need to come out so just stand here. Indrasena’s mom searches all room and finally enters inside Sivagami room. She finds the snake nuptial chain hanging on the frame. She thinks so its the Adhisesan drew the painting with its poison. She wishes to stole the nuptial chain soon and release her daughter from that curse. She takes the nuptial chain in her hand and reminds her daughters words. She laughs like hell.
Jyothi’s brother informed to her that everyone stoled the things. She assures to him let’s catch them. Jyothi stops the servant and informs to all that her brother gonna search them. She asks Everyone gives the stoles things to them. Jyothi asks everyone to return the things back honestly. Indrasena mom thinks that none can see the nuptial chain and stands there. Jyothi notices it and asks her to give it. But she stands there and keeps lying nothing is in her hand. She runs from there.
Jyothi runs behind her to snatch the nuptial chain but she didn’t stop there keep running. Jyoti keeps chasing her. Jyothi fights with her and falls down with the nuptial chain. She turns to be a snake in front of her. Jyothi falls down unconsciously. Snake turns back to its human form and walks near Joythi. Some thing passes through Jyothi’s body. Indrasena mom tries to take the nuptial chain from Jyothi hand but she fails miserably. Jyothi wakes up and starts attacking Indrasena mom. She runs from there in fear. Jyothi faints down.
Indrasena mom narrates everything to her daughter and apologies to her. Indrasena says she didn’t done anything wrong instead find a way to reach success soon.
Indrasena informs to her mom that Jyothi is real heir of Sivagami. If her blood fall on her then she will get back her form. She will find the nag manickam and become the queen of the Snake world. Indrasena asks her mom to meet Thandav to cure her wounds. He is doing prayer to her immortal life.
