The episode starts with Gu Won and Sa Rang engulfed in a passionate kiss. Later they have a simple food outside the lawn and Gu Won promises to make something better the next time. Sa Rang says that next time she would cook for him which he waits for. Da Eula and her team waits for the final customer to complete their target to go for the trip. Though Da Eul says that she can’t join she’s happy for the others. Their target customers come and they all rejoice once the target is achieved. On the other hand, Pyung Hwa’s colleagues congratulates for coming up first in sales and congratulate her in prior for getting promoted. Their leader comes there with the promotion letter but to everyone’s shock Mi Na gets promoted instead of Pyung Hwa disappointing Pyung Hwa. While they are in Karaoke Bar, Mi Na insults Pyung Hwa reasoning that she couldn’t celebrate her victory comfortably with her presence. Pyung Hwa leaves the place and Ro Woon follows her and cheers her up stating that she’s his role model in the [profession and Pyung Hwa feels better.
The next day, Gu Won gets ready happily which doesn’t go unnoticed by Sang Sik. He introduces Gu Won to an employer who’s in the hotel for thirty years and Gu Won gets into thinking. He then bumps with Sa Rang in the lobby and they go together in lift with their secret romances and teasing. Gu Won is at Sa Rang’s workstation to keep looking at her for no reason while other employees think that he’s watching over them and feels uncomfortable. Sa Rang secretly asks Gu Won to leave but he tried making excuses. Sa Rang speaks with him in harsh tone and he leaves upset. A customer asks Sa Rang’s colleague for vegan restaurants nearby which he had no idea about. Sa Rang help[ed him with her notes and the Customer praises the colleague. The colleague thanks Sa Rang and he finally sees her efficiency. He starts warming up to her. In the board meeting, Chairman asks Gu Won about the event planning for the upcoming 100 years celebration. He says he’s taking care of it well when Hwa Rang tries to put him down. Gu Won immediately demnds control on King Hotel and his father asks him to prove his efficiency. Sa rang find Gu Won sulking and tries to cheer him up by hugging but he pushes her startled which upsets her.
Gu Won shares about it with Sang Sik who calls him stupid. Hwa Rang assistant warms Hwa Rang about Gu Won taking over the empire but Hwa rang says with affirm it that she Won’t let Gu Won take anything from her. She doesn’t even care about the emergency call she got from her son’s guardian in US. She asks her assistant to send out invitations to big shots as the event must be filled with their people and not Gu Won’s. Gu Won sees a flower shop and buys flowers and goes to meet Sa Rang’s grandmother. She’s about to slip while changing bulbs but Gu Won catches her. He gets her admitted in the hospital and forces her to get some tests done as she’s not in a good condition but she doesn’t agree. She asks if he likes Sa Rang and he agrees. She advises him to reveal his love to her when Sa Rang comes there. She cries and asks her Grandma to stay admitted as she can’t afford to lose her. Her grandma agrees.
Sa Rang and Gu Won comes to the restaurant and while changing the bulb Gu Won messes with the electricity. They both spend some moments together in the dark before Sa Rang brings the battery light. They both apologize for the misunderstanding happened and Gu Won confesses his love to Sa Rang and she accepts with a kiss. They both sleep together in grandma’s room by holding hands and Grandma spots them together in the morning. Gu Won says that they just held hands which disappointed her further. She took him to market to introduce him to her friends who identifies him as the pine who is at the back of Sa Rang. She finds one of her friend putting down on him as he don’t own a house and takes him to a bank to help him get a housing loan and pays the initial amount. Gu Won is overwhelmed with her actions.
Grandma prepares a special feast for Gu Won but doesn’t say it in pen. Sa Rang understands her intentions and they take their leave. As Gu Won walks her back home, she bumps with her friends who were already drinking away their sorrows. Gu Won and Sa Rang joins them and they say about how they were cheated by promotion and trips by there seniors. Pyung Hwa shares about her senior getting promoted as purser despite her team being the first while Da Eul says how their superior cheated them with incentive trip by taking th4em to a nearby resort instead of Bali. Gu Won calls it unfair and promises to get them their deserved incentives. He learns even Sa Rang was given no incentive for being there best talent for consequent two years. The next day they all leaver for trips upon the order of head manger. However Gu won gets stunned when Sang Sik joins too. In order to keep his identity hidden he lies that Sang Sik is head manger and Sang Sik makes use of the opportunity.
