The episode starts with Eom Ji’s body found in the mountains and Inspector Choi gets alerted about the same. He reaches the spot along with Kang Min and examines the place. Choi finds a platinum ring but immediately hides it. Kang explains his suspicion that it could be Eom Ji but Chief forbids him from interrupting his interrogation. On the other hand, Sol Hee invites her friends for drinking out but they are busy. Do Ha suggest to go to Bo Ro’s place for the success party. As they all enjoy the party, Do Ha announces his relationship with Sol Hee and everyone cheers for them. Sol Hee hears Cho Rok’s boyfriend continuously lying to her and alerts Cho Rok in private. Young Jae rightly identifies Do Ha as the song writer and asks him to be his mentor. While everyone gets surprised Do Ha acknowledges it and tells that he has a backstory and so couldn’t inform them. As he’s about to reveal the truth Cho Rok’s boyfriend arrives there and they all cut the talks.
Do Ha and Sol Hee is on their way when Sol Hee confronts Do Ha for about to tell the complete truth if not interrupted. Do Ha thanks Sol Hee for it as he gained courage because of her. Sol Hee says it’s the same as she attended her first festival. As they were about to kiss, Young Jaw interrupts them drunk. They take him to Do Ha’s apartment. At first Do Ha decides to let hin stay there but changes his mind seeing him snore. Ethan calls his brother and Do Ha explains his condition to him. Ethan agrees to come. Ethan comes and takes his brother away without paying heed to it. Sol Her and Do Ha have food outside and Do Ha enjoys it. She recalls how much he hesitated to remove his mask. The bones gets examined while Choi keeps looking at the ring. He learns from the forensic team that it’s 5 Year old remains and tries calling some one.
Do Ha’s mother gets maximum votes to compete in the elections. She gets call from Chief who tells about finding Eom Ji’s remains. She demands him to get it covered in the right way but he says that investigation would take place. Sol Hee finds her mother waiting for her in cafe. When asked about it her mother demands to know about her boyfriend. She gets upset thinking that he’s not rich one. She also complaints about finding Sol Hee’s father in woods with a much younger woman and Sol Hee gets surprised. On the other hand, Kang Min meets with Sol Hee and says that he believes in her powers. However he asks about the facts that could bring error in her identification. He says that she can identify lie only when the person thinks that it’s a lie. He adds that Do Ha takes sleep inducers which could have distorted his memory but Sol Hee says with affirmation that we trust Do Ha. Do Ha happily plays piano in the Jazz club and the bar owner could sense his happiness.
Sol Hee comes to the bar and Do Ha helps her play the piano with a simple song. He finds Sol Hee upset but Sol Hee doesn’t reveal anything to him. On the other hand, Cho Hoon visits a movie where Syaon’s soundtrack is played in the background. He finds it completely empty and happily enjoys the movie only to hear another person crying sound. Ad he takes a closer look he finds that it’s Syaon. Without making her awkward he gives her tissues and suggests her to take a break if it’s too difficult for her. He adds that her happiness matters the most and takes his leave. Syaon recalls him to be the one who saved her earlier. She then visits Deuk Chan and expresses her wish to take a break until she make a comeback. She also adds that she wants to write her own songs. Deuk Chan then announces in meeting that Do Ha wouldn’t work with J Entertainment anymore and also informs about Syaon’s break. He asks them to find a good replacement for both. When asked about Ethan’s Atlantis, he asks to drop them.
Do Ha’s mother panics as she gets to know about the ring bear Eom Ji’s dead body. The news of Do Ha being the suspect in Hakcheon Missing case goes viral. Do Ha gets called for interrogation and he agrees to come. Sol Hee gets worried while mother asks him to deny anything they ask. Do Ha tells that he’s only going to say the truth. Eom Ho breaks down seeing Eom Ji’s remains. Cassandra expresses her trust on Do Ha as she trusts Sol Hee’s choice. Do Ha is about to leave for interrogation and Sol Hee gives him lunch Box. Moo Jin tries to make a comeback in J Entertainment after knowing about Do Ha not working there anymore. He hears Ethan speaking with Young Jae about setting a meet up with Do Ha and asks him about it but Ethan refuses to answer. Do Ha attends the interrogation and Choi switches off the recording when Do Ha contradicts his previous statement. Do Ha tells that he wants to come clean about whatever happened and Choi switches back the recording. Eom Ho convinces the reporter to give him Do Ha’s Yeonseodang address using Eom Ji’s name. Do Ha on his way back visits the beach and mountain where Eom Ji was found. He’s distressed but his mood lifts up seeing Sol Hee’s lunch box. Eom Ho sneaks into Do Ha’s apartment while Do Ha reaches at the same time . Eom Ho stabs someone.
