The episode starts with Sourya coming to Indrudu and Chandramma that they found Karthik and Deepa. Indrudu and Chandramma get stunned hearing this. Sourya and Hima take Indrudu and Chandramma into the house to show Karthik and Deepa. Sourya asks Soundarya where are Karthik and Deepa? Soundarya says they are upstairs. Karthik and Deepa come downstairs while they are talking. Soundarya says to Karthik and Deepa that Sourya stayed with them after the accident. Karthik asks Indrudu’s name and acts as if he met him for the first time. Deepa also thanks Chandramma.
Sourya asks Deepa if she knows Chandramma before as Chandramma didn’t tell her name to them. Hima and Soundarya also question Karthik and Deepa about it. Soundarya also asks Indrudu and Chandramma if they know Karthik and Deepa before? Indrudu and Chandramma say they don’t know. Karthik and Deepa cover it up and say to Soundarya to leave it. Indrudu and Chandramma say they will take their leave to Sourya. Sourya reminds Indrudu and Chandramma of the decision they took last time and says they will stay with them. Soundarya also agrees to it and asks them to stay. All the family decides to celebrate Pongal here. Hima and Sourya invite Deepa to do Rangoli with them. Deepa agrees.
Deepa and Chandramma do Rangoli with Sourya and Hima. Hema Chandra sees Deepa and asks her what is she doing here? Sourya and Hima ask Hema Chandra if he knew their mother before then Hema Chandra says no and covers it up. Hema Chandra slips his tongue again and thinks he needs to leave so that he will not slip his tongue again. Hema Chandra decides to ask Deepa about her health but sees that it is not the time and leaves from there.
Mounitha stops Karthik in the road. Karthik asks Mounitha what is she doing here? Mounitha says she wants to talk to him. Karthik doesn’t want to talk to her and decides to leave but Mounitha threatens Karthik with Deepa’s health saying she will tell everything to Soundarya about Deepa’s health. Karthik without having a choice agrees to get in the car with Mounitha.
Chandramma comes to Deepa and asks her to have the tablets that Karthik gave for her without anyone seeing. Deepa comments on it. Chandramma asks Deepa not to talk like that and reminds Deepa how much Karthik is trying to save her. Deepa says she knows and comments on it. Chandramma insists Deepa that she will do the cooking and asks her to step aside. Deepa agrees.
Karthik and Mounitha reach the restaurant. Mounitha asks Karthik to sit. Karthik asks Mounitha if she will blackmail him again. Mounitha says this meeting is very important to her. Karthik asks Mounitha to tell him what does she want to say. Mounitha says she knows in the present situation he will not accept her even if Deepa dies.

Precap – Deepa will come to Hema Chandra and Karthik and says that she wants to live. Deepa asks Karthik if there is any way for her to live.
Mounitha in the restaurant says to Karthik that she will offer her heart to Deepa but in return, he needs to marry her before the operation and says then she will die peacefully.
