The episode starts with everyone coming to the river to leave Batukamma. On doctor’s mother’s advice, Deepa prays to Goddess about bringing Karthik and her together and leaves Batukamma in the water. Deepa notices that she couldn’t find Karthik and gets worried about it. Doctor’s mother encourages Deepa.
Mounitha calls thugs and makes a deal to kill Deepa and says it has to be done by tonight. Mounitha says to herself that she will be right by Karthik’s side when she is going to get killed and Karthik will not get suspicious if she is by his side. Deepa searches for Karthik, Doctor’s mother also looks for Karthik. Kaveri asks Mounitha if she found Karthik. Mounitha says she didn’t find Karthik. Mounitha says she has to stay by Karthik’s side to make sure he is not suspicious. Kaveri asks what is she talking about? Mounitha says she will tell later.
Indrudu runs into Deepa. Indrudu requests Deepa to come with him to meet Sourya. Deepa doesn’t agree as she is already worried for Karthik. Indrudu tries to explain Sourya’s story to her but she just leaves in the middle of the story. Indrudu doesn’t notice her leaving and later notices that she left.
Sourya runs into Mounitha. Mounitha sees Sourya and behaves rudely with her as she is already worried about Karthik. Mounitha says to Sourya that there is no need to look for her parents as they are already dead. Mounitha asks Sourya to leave for Hyderabad. Mounitha thinks to herself today Deepa will die after that she will take Karthik away then they will never meet each other. Indrudu asks Sourya who is she?
Sourya says it is Mounitha. Indrudu asks Sourya why is she angry at her. Sourya says she doesn’t know. Indrudu says to Sourya that she met the woman who wrote the list. Sourya asks where is she? Indrudu says she is already in a hurry and says he also told her Sourya’s story to convince her to come but she didn’t. Sourya says then she is not my mother and says if she knows my story then she will definitely come to meet her.
Karthik is in a dilemma about which is right and which is wrong. Rajya Lakshmi comes and asks him if he thinking about what is right and what is wrong? Karthik asks Rajya Lakshmi if she knows him? Rajya Lakshmi says Deepa told her about him. Rajya Lakshmi says to Karthik that she is saying with her experience that she can see the truth in Deepa’s eyes and not in Mounitha’s. Karthik asks Rajya Lakshmi then why does Mounitha gets worried about him. Rajya Lakshmi says if she is really his wife then why does she worried that she wil loose him and says Mounitha is not his real wife. Rajya Lakshmi advises Karthik to only trust Deepa.
Varanasi runs into Karthik. Varanasi gets shocked seeing Karthik and greets him asking if he is still alive? Karthik thinks Varanasi is one of the villagers and says it is not good if Varanasi plays with Karthik just because he lost his memory. Varanasi introduces himself and asks him if he can’t really recall who he is? Karthik says he doesn’t know. Varanasi shows the photo of Karthik and Deepa to prove that he knows them. Karthik seeing the photo of himself and Deepa gets shocked.
Sourya thinks of Mounitha’s rude behaviour and she shares about it with Indrudu. Indrudu asks if Mounitha is married at that time or not. Sourya says she can’t recall. Indrudu says Mounitha might be married and she told Sourya a lie that her parents are dead and she cremated them to make her leave and says if her parents are really dead then Mounitha can allow Sourya to stay with her for a few days.
Sourya says Mounitha didn’t allow her to stay near Mounitha even 2 seconds. Sourya says it is a good thing that we came here and says atleast we know now that Mounitha lied to her. Sourya says to Indrudu it will also be good if the woman he looked for is her mother. Indrudu asks Sourya to once see her. Sourya says there is no need and says her mother will never behave like that.
Mounitha gets a call from the thugs she hired to kill Deepa and they say they are at the end of the street. Mounitha says she will send Deepa there and tell them to be ready. The thugs agree.
Deepa comes to Mounitha and asks where is Karthik. Mounitha and Deepa argue about it. Mounitha says to Deepa that Karthik went to the street end for some fresh air. Deepa goes to check if Mounitha told her the truth or not.

Recap – Karthik to ask Varanasi who has fallen unconscious on the road about where are Deepa and his children. Karthik recalls about them and falls unconscious shouting Deepa’s name. Deepa hears Karthik’s voice.
