The episode starts with Sourya getting angry seeing Hima’s photo. Anandrao asks Soundarya to control herself. Another side Mounitha also performs pindapradanam with Anand. Pandit asks them to leave pindas in the water. Anandrao and Soundarya cry after leaving them in the water. Mounitha also leaves Pindas in water in tears. Soundarya breakdowns in tears. Family members take her with them.
Mounitha in tears recalls her moments with Karthik seeing his photo. Sourya says Karthik gave his properties for small mistakes but I did sins that’s why I’m giving all my property to you following my Karthik footsteps and she asks them to raise her son and make him Doctor by going anywhere and she tells them that she is going from here and she asks them to keep her house door opens always. Aruna asks her to keep the baby with her as a memory. Mounitha says he will make me recall my Karthik which I can’t bear and she asks them to raise her son away from Basti with the properties she gave them. She leaves in tears after giving the baby to Aruna and Lakshman.
Hima reaches Hyderabad and she rushes to her house. Family members cry near Karthik and Deepa photos. Soundarya in tears says we always want to see your happiness in life but you guys left us leaving tears to us and your smile is limited to these photos. She cries holding her husband. Sourya recalls how Hima killed their parents seeing her photo and she throws out Hima’s photo questioning why they kept it beside her parents. Hima returns to home and photo falls near her.

Precap – Hima notices Sourya is blaming her for their parent’s death and tells everyone that they won’t get her if they take Hima’s name in the house. Family members try to console her. Hima leaves from the house in tears without informing anyone that she is alive. Hima goes to Mounitha’s house in Basti and notices Mounitha performing pooja with Karthik in the photo then she sees Anand’s photo and gets to know he is Mounitha’s son.
