The episode starts with Charu Seela getting a call from Karthik and saying Deepa had a heart stroke. Charu Seela asks Karthik to admit Deepa in the hospital. Karthik agrees. Charu Seela praises herself for executing her plan. Karthik admits Deepa in the hospital. Charu Seela checks Deepa’s heart beat. Charu Seela decides to reveal Karthik’s lie infront of Deepa. Karthik asks Charu Seela how is Deepa? Charu Seela says as he already knows that she thought they could wait until they could get a heart to do heart transplant to Deepa. Karthik signals Charu Seela to stay silent. Charu Seela says Deepa is not awake.
Charu Seela says to Karthik that it is not right to take her health problem as his and says it will never become the truth. Karthik says he would have done it a long time ago if it was possible. Karthik says to Charu Seela that Deepa was never happy after marrying him and says they could count on fingers the moments that Deepa was happy. Karthik says to Charu Seela how he sent Deepa away for 10 years because of false reports and tells Charu Seela what happened after that. Karthik leaves from there. Charu Seela thinks Karthik revealed everything and what he doesn’t know is that Deepa is awake. Deepa is shown to have tears in her eyes.
Sourya shows the prescription that Karthik wrote for her and says to Soundarya this prescription is written by Charu Seela and her writing is exactly like Karthik’s. Sounadarya agrees. Hima takes the prescription and sees that and says it is Karthik’s handwriting and not someone else’s. Hima and Sourya argue about it. Soundarya stops them and calls for Indrudu.
Soundarya asks Indrudu about the prescription. Indrudu says this is written by Charu Seela. Soundarya asks Indrudu to come with her. Chandramma calls for Indrudu. Soundarya asks Indrudu to talk with Chandramma and come quickly. Chandramma warns Indrudu saying Soundarya might be taking him out to find out what he knows. Chandramma asks Indrudu to be careful.
Karthik helps Deepa sit on the bed. Deepa asks Pandari to get some water for her. Pandari goes to get it. Deepa asks Karthik what happened to her and why did she fall unconscious? Karthik says it is because of tension that she is having all the time. Deepa asks Karthik to allow her to do cooking for him. Karthik doesn’t allow that. Pandari also asks Karthik to allow Deepa to do it. Karthik says to Pandari that Deepa health got worse because of smoke in the kitchen and rejects Deepa’s request.
Soundarya decides to find out the truth out of Indrudu and lies to Indrudu saying she knows that the prescription is written by Karthik. Indrudu understands Soundarya is lying to him to get the truth out of him. Soundarya questions Indrudu on why is he lying to them while holding his collar. Indrudu says to Soundarya just because she held his collar he couldn’t say that the people who are dead are alive. Soundarya says to Indrudu that Karthik and Deepa are alive as Hima saw them.
Episode ends.
Precap – Karthik and Deepa to see their family. Deepa talks to Karthik about their fate and asks Karthik to go to Soundarya.
Karthik reminds Deepa that he is the one that’s going to die and asks Deepa how can he go. Deepa says to Karthik that there is no need to lie and says she knows the truth.
